I have worked on many Marketing Automation tools. But, HubSpot is one of the best.
What do you like best about the product?
Workflows are the best part that I like about HubSpot. As it gives me the freedom to play with my logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking issues & Salesforce Sync Issues - These 2 are the major pain areas for my team these days. Also, I would like to share that HubSpot default scoring has been a part that many people dislike but I have found a way to overcome the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using HubSpot Marketing Hub I was able to create the complete Lead Routing Model. As well as. I was able to create custom scoring model. Other then that, there are various other things in which it has helped me a lot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the best marketing automation Softwares as its cost-effective and gives features that are quite user friendly. And, the user interface is also easy to use and understand for newbies.
Everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate which specific ads generated which leads then also compare actual sales to lead sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to sort by or search by creative name and see a ranking of overall leads generated. I can sort by leads then manually look at which ads were the source for each targeting group but if I could have all creative ranked that would save me some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped with figuring out where to best allocate budget and what ad types work for different communities. As a result we've been able to cater our messaging in our ads depending on how we target them.
Hubspot serves the basic needs of marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot solves the basic needs for email marketing and process automation. The calendar booking tool also works well. The customer feedback tool Hubspot offers is simple and easy to use. Customer support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multi-region automation gets a bit heavy to keep organized. Importing outbound leads to the system makes it harder to control the original sources since the platform is planned for inbound leads only. Features for defining original sources are lacking in general. Sales and marketing parts of the product could communicate better with each other. Syncing with Salesforce is tricky, because the "ideology of lead lifecycle" and terminology is different in these two systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for email and process automation and lead nurturing. Automating processes decrease the amount of manual work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Plan your processes very well before starting to use the platform, especially if you use it together with integrations such as Salesforce.
Excellent support and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
As we dig into all that HubSpot offers, I have confidence that I will get the help I need when I reach out to Customer Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
When multiple team members log in to work on the same landing page, we may have trouble saving our work so we ensure that everyone is logged out when once of us updates a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the first time, we are able to segment our clients and prospects very efficiently and craft very specific messaging to each group. It is helping us deepen the level on which we communicate with our contacts and provide the right information to the right contacts at the right time.
Huge Fan of everything Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to choose what I like best, as we use all functions in the Marketing Hub, but if I had to choose I would say the insights and the workflow automation. We have used the workflow automation to automate sales tasks, email marketing and internal data management and it makes my life so much easier every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't export an active list of Contacts from the Marketing Campaign analytics

Marketing automation has never been simpler
What do you like best about the product?
We love the clean interface and logical set up. The UI and UX work together seamlessly to create a fantastic user journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that seem obvious that are not available, however we can almost always find a workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can automatically update the information on each of our prospects and feed them into appropriate nurturing sequences. We can also notify our staff of which prospects are 'hot' and need following up with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great choice and we recommend it.
Very easy to use. I love that all of my core functionality is in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
One software to use instead of jumping between a landing page software, an email software, a social media software and a crm.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features require a higher cost investment than buying them separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find using Hubspot as a small agency helps me save a lot of time, I can plan out my tasks, SEO keywords, landing pages , social medial and mail outs all in once place. As a whole I save a couple hours a day and can do most of my work in one platform, helping to break it into manageable chunks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s very easy to use but, if you’re looking at going the pro route it may be more cost effective to buy the features separately. If you’re looking to save time for a larger organization this is a personal favourite.
Fantastic uses - a little pricey when opting for a higher tier
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot offers a whole host of tools that I have personally found very useful (personal favorite is simply email tracking). Also customer service is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their price jumps a bit high when it comes to certain tiers of service. I can't complain too much because you do get a lot more for the higher packages.

I'm working with clients to make their efforts for marketing more efficient.
Simple and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Simple, clean interface which makes navigation easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as robust as other like platforms. Advanced ad managers may find nice-to-have functionalities missing.

Having one holistic view of marketing performance, from advertising campaigns and beyond.
HubSpot's Landing Pages Are So Helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
Across three brands I've loved being able to use HubSpot as my one-stop shop for social, email marketing, and lead gen. I love how easy it is to use to post for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and our blog. I especially love that we can create workflows to perform nurture campaigns for lead gen for our B2B brands without having to use a separate app or software.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I miss with making the switch is the ability to schedule retweets for Twitter the way I would with Buffer.
Another area is with my limited experience with customizing with CSS and Javascript I sometimes wish it were a little easier to drag and drop some things for formatting. Instead, I've pushed my boundaries and am learning more CSS and Javascript.

We're able to easily create landing pages to promote new offerings and keep the look cohesive. We have the ability to create and then easily access CTR and conversion data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a great one-stop shop for meeting most of our marketing needs. Compared to my previous freelance work where clients have asked me to use other apps or software I can definitely see the value in going with HubSpot over toggling back-and-forth between other several sites and apps.
