Good software, but sneaky when it comes to renewals.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive to use, ongoing development of new features, does almost anything you need for marketing in one platform (including the CRM).
What do you dislike about the product?
Very sneaky when it comes to renewals. We had troubles in the past that weren't resolved in our favor and were considering leaving the platform because of the dishonesty of HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of automation, managing information in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a good marketing platform, but you need to be very careful when you agree on terms and when you renew the service. Get everything confirmed in writing. If you won't have it, they will charge whatever they can and have you on the hook. This is something that breaks the trust between the service provider and the customer. Being "marketing gurus", it was very surprising to learn that HubSpot doesn't understand the value of "enlightening" existing customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Fairly easy to use. The recent changes have improved the UX
What do you dislike about the product?
The WYSIWYG can be very clunky and frustrating to use. I hit a lot of barriers with the hubble code rather than being html - but these are management for the price of the solution. The real challenge is with reporting which feel awkward and difficult to segment and analyse. It's a tool to do processes, not reporting on the results of those actions.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the simplicity of sending emails, gathering metrics, A/B Testing, and integrating other useful softwares. I think the website tool and landing pages really brings a lot to our marketing. Our site is stronger than it's ever been and the tool is a joy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things I dislike and HubSpot makes a point of listening to their customers and making changes. When I first started there were some minor issues (5 years ago), now HubSpot has fixed the majority of those problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to seamlessly integrate our marketing and sales team. We don't have to make individual notes on what prospect opened what email. There are also many types of automations you can set up and we have a few. It seems anytime a new challenge comes up the first solution mentioned by our executive team is "Why don't we setup a workflow?" It's that useful!

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy about hubspot is how user friendly it is and how if you ever have a question, the hubspot staff is ready to help you in minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish website pages were as easy to edit as landing pages...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to drive leads by creating landing pages with offer and emails that drive our prospects to those offers. Seeing really great results!

What do you like best about the product?
I find extremely useful to be able to see and track engagement of leads, email marketing opening rate, creation of reports. Manage all the social media ads within one platform, and be able to easily create beautiful marketing pieces.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's such an extensive platform, that you may need to complete a few courses in Hubacademy to understand all the different capabilities of the marketing Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub has helped us to set up automation email, landing pages, social media campaigns, and most importantly to understand where our leads are coming from.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool to understand any and all of your company's marketing efforts.

The customizations are wonderful! Hubspot is everything business teams would need!

I don't think there's anything to dislike about it! The platform enables anyone to customize/configure anything!

We have automated our entire marketing & sales processes. We are now able to focus on building meaningful relationships with prospects & customers!

It's a phenomenal product for anyone looking to integrate all teams and run a unified process. For technical marketing folks, it's completely logic driven; I have loved using it forever now!

Amazing customer support and really powerful tool that helps align sales and marketing

What do you like best about the product?
I wouldn't use any other tool for marketing and sales. The marketing hub is very powerful, and you can do most of your marketing emails in Hubspot: set up automated email nurture campaigns, lead gen through landing pages and forms, blogging, etc etc
As it has become the industry standard in many ways, other software integrates easily with it, so you can build the tool stack that fits you.
But the best part is when you use it together with the Sales Hub: then you really get to see the true power of Hubspot. It will help align marketing and sales, because marketing now gets an easy view on the sales pipeline, closed/lost reasons, etc in a tool they already know.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you're used to using Hubspot, there's really no going back: you'll compare all other marketing automation tools and CRMs to Hubspot, and Hubspot will win every single time. One thing I would change though is the landing page builder: it could be slightly easier to build amazing-looking landing pages without using a standard template or having a web developer make you a specific template.

Best marketing platform I have ever used! Look no further!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the html email editor, easy and straightforward to use and by far superior to other platforms I have tried in the past. Workflows can do many amazing things in HubSpot. For me, one of the main things I use workflows are for 3 step email campaigns and they work brilliantly. They are also great for setting up notifications for example sending emails to your sales team about details of a customer who has clicked on an email campaign to be followed up.
What do you dislike about the product?
With a/b testing, I wish I could test more than two different subject lines. I use Zerobounce which is an email validation software. They have an integration with HubSpot where you can choose a list from HubSpot to validate which is good but I wish that once you have validated the list that it could import the validated list in rather than me having to import the updated list into HubSpot again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I joined the Marketing team at Genisys Group last year in August. Then in September we launched a new B2B site called egenisys. Since then, I have done many campaigns to existing customers about the new site and other products etc and we have been able to get them to buy from us on the new site which is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used other platforms in the past before HubSpot. They haven't been anywhere near as good when it comes to ease of use, UI design, features and HubSpot's customer support/service is the for sure the best I have ever come across! If you do struggle initially getting to grips with the platform, their support through their chat, phone or email channels will help you in no time :)

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is intuitive, easy to use and has almost every tool imaginable for reporting, tracking, etc. Our Customer Success manager is excellent - the best I've ever worked with. Support is astoundingly good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small bugs that occasionally get in the way, but nothing too bad. There are a few integrations we've wanted in the past that weren't offered, but these were for fairly niche software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the blog tool extensively, which has helped us to create a lot of original content.
