Amazing workflow features and customer support!

What do you like best about the product?
Besides the fact that everything works extremely fast and it has been a pleasure working in this CRM so far, their Customer Support team is amazing. I contact them almost daily regarding workflows or really specific things I need to do, and they always seem to know the answer and are willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had an issue once in which I have deleted a variation from an A/B testing of a landing page and it was impossible to be recovered. However, normal landing pages can be recovered easily!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is our Holy Grail. It is helping us with everything, from Marketing Automation to Social Media scheduling and posting.

I have been using HubSpot for years as my go-to CRM. Love the seamless integrations that quickly import my GSuite contacts into the system.

Occasionally exporting function doesn't work

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a very comprehensive CRM tool for sales, marketing, and service. The marketing side is powerful and I've enjoyed getting to use the sales and service hubs as well. It easily becomes a one-stop shop for multiple departments and has eliminated the need to use multiple tools that cannot integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some issues implementing HubSpot but I think that's more issues on our side. The only things that haven't worked for us are having the "Company Name" field show up on ticket reports, but besides that, we've been pretty happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has become our "single source of truth" for our marketing, sales, and support teams. The result is better alignment and better data.

What do you like best about the product?

Chef Company's software allows for the creation of fully customizable VR experiences. This means you can adapt your marketing message to your business and reach out to your target audience in an engaging and immersive manner. You can bring your product or service to life and exhibit it amazingly by being able to create 3D models, animations, and interactive features. It provides us with real-time data; we can track user activity, engagement, and even feedback in real time using Chef Company's software. This enables you to make informed judgments about your marketing plan and make changes as needed to achieve optimal effectiveness.


No Gusta
It may benefit from a more user-friendly design that makes it easier for marketers to browse and efficiently use the program. I believe that the reporting should be more thorough. More detailed reports that provide insights into user behavior and engagement over time would benefit marketers.


Why I Would Recommend the Software
One Way the Software Has Assisted My Work As a Marketing Manager, I designed a realistic VR experience that allowed potential consumers to examine the timepieces up close and even try them on digitally using Chef Company's software. The real-time statistics enabled me to track engagement and make on-the-fly changes to the experience. The result? An extremely successful campaign that outperformed our sales targets and created an indelible impact on our target demographic. With its customizable VR experiences and real-time data, the software provides unrivaled value and may help you reach your marketing objectives in ways that traditional means just cannot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manage your tasks with ease

*difference to other software We have a lot of external staff in our company, so we needed a tool to help us manage our tasks efficiently. We chose Smartsheet because it is user-friendly and has many features. It allows us to create and customize our sheets without learning complex IT skills. The templates are also handy for new staff to Smartsheet, as they can follow the examples and get started quickly. Another feature we like is the toolbar, which is similar to Excel. It makes it easy to edit and format our sheets, and it doesn’t feel unfamiliar to staff who are used to working with spreadsheets. We also appreciate the filter function, which lets us sort and search our data by various criteria. We can filter by status, comments, dates, owners, etc. It is convenient when we have a lot of data and need to find specific information quickly.

We have to make reports often, and the Solution Center has ready-made templates that we can use or modify as we need. Another thing we like about Smartsheet is the simplicity of its interface. It has few buttons or menus, so it’s easy to navigate and use. It feels like using desktop software, even though it’s cloud-based. As a marketing company, we work on projects that require us to break down our tasks into smaller units. Smartsheet is perfect for this, as it has a WBS (work breakdown structure) feature that lets us create hierarchies and dependencies among our tasks. We can assign owners, set deadlines, track progress, and attach files to each task. It’s very convenient and helps us stay organized and on track.

*disadvantage We think it would be nice if Smartsheet had an online chat system that could connect us with our external staff easily. Sometimes we need to communicate with them quickly and directly, and it would be great if we could do that within Smartsheet. We would like to see a feature that lets us click on a button and start a chat with anyone using Smartsheet, even if they are not in our company network or using Skype.

*recommendations We would recommend Smartsheet to any company with a lot of staff who are not very IT-savvy. Smartsheet is easy to learn and use and has many features that can help you manage your tasks effectively. You can also customize your sheets according to your needs and preferences. Smartsheet is a versatile and powerful tool that can boost your productivity and collaboration.

*Add to program We also think that Smartsheet could offer more options for its licensing system. For example, it could create a lite version that is more affordable for smaller businesses or individuals who don’t need the full version's features. This way, more people could benefit from using Smartsheet and enjoy its advantages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot each day as part of our relationship with HubSpot and navigate easily through this famed CRM/Sales program. Our market development window in the HubSpot Sale Process encourages us with a wide variety of topics. My favorite resources involve closing and contacts as well as connections (connections generated - future clients - companies - income ...), the flexibility of CRM and attempts at marketing and sales management. The snippet can also retrieve vector data automatically from a reference folder. You will automatically add it from a file.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot CRM facilitates jobs, warnings, and so on. A strong advertising resource concentrating on added benefit events, alliances, consulting and others. Naturally, the dialog is interesting whether the "employee" (seller/seller) / someone needs to talk right now. So every sale method is, of course, special. Not everybody gathers the same details, but with the same regularity at the same time. It is why the amount of CRMs and data requirements is as large as or nearly businesses. In summary, the software contains both non-personalized advertisement and business records. "Documents," particularly for a team of a wide number of vendors, are produced for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a bit of a beast, and has a lot of versatility! It can be as big or as little as you make it. One thing I like the most is that it allows for automation, especially those associated to form submissions. It allows us to really focus on our sales ready leads, whilst managing our day to day queries from our support desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some restrictions when it comes to personalizing emails so they don't look like they're coming from a CRM. However, I imagine that this is the case with most CRMs (also, I have found that using more unique / smaller products means that you'll lose as lot of good functionality that Hubspot offers).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is a great time saver, and allows you to keep a clean and tidy database. I have found that using workflows has helped align our business requirements by allowing our sales reps to focus on what really matters.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Academy and the content within are most useful. It is optimized very well for making use of mobile devices. We also make use of Hubspot to make and distribute e-mails and month-to-month newsletters which is uncomplicated and intuitive. We then utilize the program to trace the open rate of the emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly didn’t found any dislike of this tool till the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be extremely valuable for being capable to program posts and find out scheduled posts in various formats.

Just before start working with this tool, you must go through the video tutorial of the same.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is an everything in one platform for marketing, ads, emails, sales enablement, deal closes, and website management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can have its limitations with customizing certain things. The traffic data is limited because they want you to host your website through them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing and Sales alignment is easier, it has helped with funnel data and I love that we can directly attribute wins with specific campaigns or efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a platform that is robust and customized in many ways, it will be challenging to do this with HubSpot. If you don’t have a major need for technical or custom solutions, this is a great tool for you.

Its a prospecting tool, not a real CRM

What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly easy to navigate and at the surface level, the UI is okay.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Sequences limited to 5 emails - best practice is 10+ (makes you wonder if any experienced salespeople were involved in design)
- Every contact must be manually added or removed from a sequence - bulk actions limited
- Contacts/ companies/ and deals must be manually connected
- Too many duplicates - no automation to remove
- Takes a TON of effort to pull accurate reports and lists because so many fields are not required when data gets input. (took me weeks to move accounts in my territory to my name because not all had the city, state, co name, or other complete or correct). Continuous scrubbing required.
- Clearly designed for SDRs and prospecting - not for AE account management
- Cannot track emails effectively - no way to avoid read receipts of your own emails. They expect you to do all emails/calls out of HubSpot which is not realistic - I will continue to use Outlook.
- Connections to Outlook, Gmail, and Office365 are confusing and break
- I've had a ticket in for over 2 weeks to fix my connection with no help
- Email strings do not load previous emails - you have to scroll and scroll to look at past emails in the same conversation
- Customer training is outsourced to BlueLeadz - when asking why Hubspot does something in a non-intuitive or in a cumbersome way, they will say "I think we're working on it" or "I agree, it's not great, sorry" - research shows the same issues raised years ago

Save yourself the headache and go with a CRM that's scalable and designed for account management over prospecting and mass marketing.

See above. Only benefit is that I have something, which is better than nothing.

Go with a CRM that's scalable and more thoughtfully designed.

If you are looking to generate better Leads; Hubspot is the deal. Creating campaigns and firing emails are super easy in hubspot. They also provide very good bounce details.
