Outstanding Marketing Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I have been through a lot of different marketing platforms through the years and have come to really like working with the HubSpot System. There are a lot of great things with the HubSpot marketing platform. I would say some of the things I find best with HubSpot is the ease of use, support is great, they have a lot of really good training programs and there are so many other programs that tie into HubSpot through their integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main things I hear from our clients is how often they are updating the system and everything is changing. That just shows me they are continually looking at user experience and always enhancing it to make the system better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing I help our clients with is streamlining processes with workflows. They are amazed at how much time they can save when you set up the workflows to do most of the work.

Great, all-in-one solution

What do you like best about the product?
I really, really enjoy how Hubspot works so well and is so intuitive. From the data moving so easily through the CRM to accessing and inputting different elements to ensure processes are tracked, Hubspot does it. Furthermore, Hubspot tracks almost every piece of data you can imagine, so there is always an answer to any question you may have. As well - their customer service is excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be frustrating pulling lists and reports in Hubspot, as it doesn't have the depth and functionality as a platform like Salesforce. I know this is like comparing Granny Smith Apples to Red Delicious apples, but I would really like to be able to slice and dice data in Hubspot as thoroughly as I can in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to pull in leads through every single one of our channels, ensure there being appropriately nurtured, and then hand them off to our sales team in an extremely efficient manner. It's probably the most turn-key marketing solution available right now. I can't wait to keep building our marketing process around Hubspot!

If you're looking for an easy-to-use solution that is built by marketers for marketers, look no further than Hubspot.

Everything you need, all in one place!

What do you like best about the product?
I like having access to all our marketing elements in one solution, from our contact database, website management, social media automation and reporting, all only a few clicks away from each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've struggled to find much wrong with the platform, but sometimes the email and webpage editors can be a bit fiddly to make things look high quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use 5 different solutions to support our marketing efforts, but with Hubspot, we have it all together in one place and we don't have to worry about integration failures when trying to get all the platforms to communicate. Also, HubSpot is my opinion has easier usability and higher capabilities that won't stunt our organisation's growth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the free version to get a feeling of the platform and see if it will improve your efforts.

Your first professional CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot value starts very high when offering their free CRM tools. You can start your inbound strategy with much less, but hubspot allows you to do much more...
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a learning curve specially when working with workflows, luckily the amount of help from their support and community will let you get on that curve as fast as you can read or watch all those tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me with their easy to set landing pages, where I place a form to generate leads. The workflows of communication allows me to confirm and remind the audience about upcoming content that is relevant to them.

Any doubt or complain you have write to support and you will always get someone to help you. Good support team!

Marketing, Design & Lead Nurturing All in One!

What do you like best about the product?
I've recently started using HubSpot for my new position. Our team was having various issues with landing page layouts, design elements and best practices for lead nurturing before I joined. I was able to jump right into the conversation because HubSpot is incredibly easy to use!

I feel confident going into our pages and creating new elements and features. With in a month I've been able to edit, improve and explain the changes to our team easily. I was able to improve the layout and design features without any panic or hair pulling. It was so easy to test elements and make mistakes without consequences. The walk through for the Beta design was incredibly easy to adjust to as well.

When I get stuck I've found plenty of walk-through type help pages for some of our larger issues that ended up answering our questions. There is still plenty of learning to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the strict and rigid conformity of the templates a bit tough. There isn't much room to edit, change or create new designs in our established templates. This feature isn't the most user friendly especially if you're not fluent in coding. I think there should be more control over the template designs after they are initially created. We wanted to edit little features in our templates but it's intimidating going through the backend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are updating and making our landing pages more lead nurturing and modernized. Our team was able to work with a HubSpot rep who has helped us with industry best practices. Her connection and meetings really seemed to help point us in a direction.

There was a small issue the other day that we were able to solve over the phone with someone from customer service - after an hour long call, he lead us to a solution - he was so patient.

I've found the resources online are thorough, customer service is quick and approachable plus once inside the landing pages they are very user friendly. Troubleshooting problems doesn't take long.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this product to small and large teams who want to mange land pages, lead nurturing and stats all in one user friendly app. Our team - all with different titles - is able to come together on HubSpot topics. We can all have a part in our pages designs, workflows and we feel like each one of us has a handle on our the final product. It's also a great way to collaborate across positions.

A flexible marketing automation tool with excellent customer service!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Hubspot's flexibility. It is really well designed and has a very friendly user-interface. Even if you are a beginner you can learn the platform fairly easily.
In terms of email marketing it is a great platform. Hubspot has excellent domain reputation and the analytics are strong. Based on the data, you can create automation and workflows and really make your life easier.
You can design blogs, landing pages, forms etc. It is a complete 360 degree marketing solution.
Also their customer support is amazingly good and the knowledge hub is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Hubspot is a great tool and as such there are no distinct dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of lead management, accurately tracking lead source, designing emails campaigns. Using workflows to update and leverage our marketing strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
As the marketing manager for a digital agency, I am responsible for not only promoting our company's service offerings but also providing support for our sales team via campaigns and other sales enablement deliverables. Being able to use HubSpot's sales and marketing tools to get the job done has been an absolute gamechanger in order to ensure alignment and consistency across the different departments I interface with. Not only is the platform intuitive and user-friendly, but the easy access to customer support and/or to sales reps to get questions answered is impressive. And with the numerous integrations available, we have been able to streamline processes overall to strengthen the agency's marketing efforts as well as better serve our clients.

Lastly, HubSpot Academy's myriad of offerings has been crucial to my professional development as an inbound marketer. I now feel confident in my abilities thanks to the courses and certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times I've experienced some bugs trying to upload a blog or social, but they were either remedied by reaching out to customer support, or it was an already existing problem HubSpot was working on to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped my workflow become more efficient because everything I need to do my job effectively is all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot is constantly releasing updates and improvements to their platform, which reflect the constantly changing industry. They also seem to incorporate customer feedback in everything they do since the updates they push are exactly what I want. In addition, HubSpot's positioned themselves as thought leaders in marketing and marketing automation, so I love the commitment to inbound methodology initially and then a re-imagination of that via the flywheel more recently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things I dislike about HubSpot, including that sometimes, the settings aren't always very intuitively located. Design Manager isn't the most enjoyable experience is you're attempting to build your own custom website or landing pages. It can be difficult to find code and I wish staging was a little bit easier. Overall though, the benefits of having our site built in HubSpot far outweigh the usability concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for our CRM, marketing automation, and sales sequences. It allows us to quickly launch email campaigns, landing pages, social, new templates, tracking, and more. We also rely on HubSpot for our social media campaigns and website management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While the platform isn't exactly affordable, the time you'll save by having everything already built from an automation standpoint is huge. I've worked with other organizations that didn't have marketing automation, or if they did, a lesser tool, and it slowed us down considerably. HubSpot is worth the investment!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability for Hubspot to be an all in one platform that you can have everything running through.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact you need to pay more to access certain features

We are solving how to attribute sales to marketing attributed revenue. A benefit of Hubspot is that it helps us keep everything organized.

HubSpot Scheduler makes my life easy

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can review my scheduled posts either in list view or calendar view. By looking at calendar view, I can see where my gaps for Social Media posts are and adjust my content accordingly. It helps me know what is coming down the pike for the multiple companies media I manage. I also like that I can clone posts making recycling content across platforms a breeze.
I also like the ease with which Email Campaigns and their coordinating landing pages can be designed and implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there was a steep learning curve with all of the tools within the HubSpot CRM. I am still learning. But primarily that is due to there being SO MANY things HubSpot does well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend the majority of my work day within HubSpot as a Content Manager. I create email campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, and social media campaigns all within HubSpot. I am also able to develop my SEO optimization with HubSpot.
Because of HubSpot's excellent analytics, I am able to give my clients real time date about their email marketing and social media campaigns. I am able to show them statistics that prove our slow but steady inbound strategies are working. Many times the client wants the easy and quick, yet these are pie crust leads--easily made and easily broken. HubSpot allows us to show them there is proof in the pudding.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a great tool to house all of your marketing and sales data in one place. I can complete most of my workday from within the software.
