Hubspot's great for blogs and social media marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot blog function is super easy to use to build the blog, format it correctly, and publish it in a single click. The social media management tool and scheduling is also very simple to use and is a great way to organize yourself well into the future. I also love social media data analysis, it's great to be able to compare and contrast all the different channels. We also use Hubspot to create and distribute emails and monthly newsletters which is simple and intuitive. We then use the software to track the analytics such as open rate, click-through rate etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about Hubspot. It would be great if you could create and schedule Instagram albums / multiple images in a single post (like you can on the Instagram app). It would also be good to have more freedom in the email template builder. The drag and drop builder is great for this, but it could be taken even further. I've also occasionally struggled with Hubspot support, as they sometimes take quite a while to reply and help. Other than that I think Hubspot is intuitive and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot to schedule, publish and analyze the results of our bi-weekly blogs. We also use Hubspot to organize our social media scheduling, publishing, and analytics. We use Hubspot for 4 channels, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, and it's great to be able to use one tool to schedule and analyze all these channels. We also use Hubspot to create our monthly newsletters. We have recently started using the new drag-and-drop template builder for this which works really well. We then analyze the success of our newsletters through open rate, click-through rate etc on Hubspot as well. Finally, we use Hubspot to build and send company emails. We also use Hubspot to build email workflows and to segment our contacts into relevant lists.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great way to organize your inbound and outbound marketing efforts. If you're looking for software that will help you build, schedule and publish all forms of content marketing (social media, blog, emails, newsletters) then Hubsout is a great and very helpful tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Very clear and pleasing interface, HubSpot Academy and many useful options and filters are what makes HubSpot stand out.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about the platform. It is very easy to use for any potential new users, I found it helpful with available tips and video courses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very helpful to be able to schedule posts and see scheduled posts in different formats - a list or a calendar.
HubSpot Academy is good for bite-sized advice on marketing activity.
Social tab is very convenient for monitoring scheduled posts, social listening, social activity and community engagement.
HobSpot lets users delete already published posts or edit already scheduled posts which helps with delivering high value content at all times, making sure any mistakes or typos are avoided. It also makes sure users keep the word count in mind in regards to social posting (ie. character limit on Twitter).

UI/UX needs to be slightly improved in parts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating contacts and social performance. The CMS also includes all channels we require, rather than using two separate CMS tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Update the content management system, for example, the character limit on twitter is bugged and sometimes will show that you have more characters than you actually do.
More UI/UX updates would make the use of HubSpot a lot easier than any other CRM softwares i have used in the past.

Hubspot makes it very easy to post to all your social media channels, whilst editing the content for each channels needs

Use of polls and setting up events etc doesn’t seem to be available yet

Speed of use and the extra insight it gives you all in one place makes it easy to iterate and improve your posts

From CRM and marketing automation perspective it's great to combine these databases and (automated) actions. Usually saves time compared to manual actions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always consider other slack/tools on your IT infrastructure and realise how that could integrate or become unnecessary with all modules of HS.

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendliness of the platform is really great; it's very easy to navigate the site and if one gets stuck, the help available is great. I also really enjoy the integrations for email marketing, blogs and social media; it makes my job so much easier, saving me a lot of time.

What do you dislike about the product?
For social media posting, the Instagram integration could do with some improvement. The requirements for posting videos could be slightly more flexible and the ability to post GIFs would be great. It would also be helpful if the social media reports could also include posts done outside of the Hubspot platform, as there are instances where posting is done outside of the platform, i.e at events, due to video requirements of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run the social media accounts and if I were to post manually, it would take up so much of my time; Hubspot definitely saves me time. I am also able to track performance of social media campaigns, making my monthly reporting seamless.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely one of the better, possibly even the best marketing automation tool I've used, I would definitely recommend it! Our team is able to manage so many of our marketing tasks through Hubspot - from landing pages and blogs, to email campaigns and social media marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to see people's journey on our website before they even become a contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
No twitter ads reporting (with paid ads being attributed to organic social), no correct linkedin video ad reporting, no possibility for manual corrections so that we put them correctly ourselves, only estimated ROI and not actual ROI in the dashboard and not possible to include more than 3 accounts at a time in ads dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking contacts to specific campaigns. Increasing conversations within the organization to get better results by creating 'cleaner' and transparent ways of acquiring and nurturing leads.
HubSpot Social Media: How to improve efficiency via automation
What do you like best about the product?
The process of planning social media posts is intuitive and easy. Also, I find very useful that - even for Twitter - you get a visual preview of the image that will appear on your post. Normally - I am here referring to Twitter - I am the one who has to chose the image that I want to see associated to the article that I share. On LinkedIn and Facebook, on the contrary, you automatically get an "image fetched". This makes things much easier and nicer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortuntately, not all contacts can be tagged. I mean, at least in my own experience, I could not tag (when planning a social media post) contacts that I wanted to be tagged. This is an excellent way to share indirectly the posts: once people (author of the article or readers that might be interested and then share the article) see their are tagged, it is easier for a certain content to be shared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation of social media channels management was definitely a big help. Now I can plan ahead what to post and when forgetting about doing it on a daily basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a definitely useful tool. And the customer service support is excellent. I'd recommend to use HubSpot for mananing your database and you social media activity (this is based on my own experience).
Makes life slightly easier
What do you like best about the product?
Web form creation - I like that it was easy enough to navigate around by using one example we already had in our account. Since then I've been able to create other ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
That when creating dependent fields under the logic for a form, it only allows you to create one dependent per overrule field. If there was no limit on this, so I could create more than one, this would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create simple processes with Partners so that communication is clear in what needs to be done for us/by us.
