Good CMS and support
What do you like best about the product?
It is much easier to analyze the data, manage the clients and edit website and blog pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some issues with content management. For example, there are some places, where you cannot use drag and drop. You need some programming and css skills to make your templates look like you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hard to find good CMS, especially when you need tons of features, everything in one place. Hubspot has lots of valuable features and a good team. Still, it is a bit pricey.
Best all in one solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation and workflow features. Their CRM is also pretty much one of the best in the world. It's incredibly easy to track where your contacts came from and their interaction with your marketing and sales efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot, Hubspot pretty much has everything you would need. The only problem I have is creating templates for emails, a little bit of a learning curve and not as much customization available.
Hubspot forms are also way to heavy for the website. We had to use an alternative like Gravity forms to link them together.

Marketing and sales are pretty much using it all the time.

The additional 'add on' costs - there are a number of limitations on what's available within your subscription

Tracking contact and user journey's within one platform, rather than relying on multiple sources to try and tell our user journey

Make sure you carefully consider all routes that your contacts and users might take. Without thinking through the whole journey, you may miss key milestones!

Developing the landing page requires technical skill set. Right now, my team is considering using another 3rd party software to develop landing page quickly. Perhaps, a while back, Hubspot envision an open market between developers and marketing users. Perhaps it will not happen.

Please allow more functionalities and control over blog pages: control of open graph images.

But please, fix your page creation. The team has already taken the website outside of Hubspot and instead we use wordpress + hubspot form.
We are in discussion of taking the landing pages out while maintaining the hubspot forms. If it is taken outof Hubspot ecosystem, all that remaining, in terms of site development, is Hubspot blog.

If you are considering a full suite CRM + Email, go for Hubspot.
If you don't mind connecting well-established services for CRM + Website/Landing Page Builder + Email + Data Tracking, considering using other services. Hubspot is expensive.

Outstanding tools for smart marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because of its good combination of all important marketing and automation tools.
HubSpot Academy is the best resource where I can learn more.
The emails are easy to create, prepare and send, and it's nice to be able to manage.

Handling the contacts database is always a challenge.

There is no doubt that it is an outstanding marketing tool and it really helping our marketing team to reach the possible audience who can be our next customer.

Easy blog edits. Easy social media scheduling. Good certification courses.

So far so good. I have had a lovely experience with HubSpot and i have done 2 certification courses with HubSpot.
Great Marketing hub with everything integrated into one platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps me automate a lot of my sales processes and lead management. With various marketing channels in play, Hubspot makes it very easy to attribute, track and measure the various sources of leads. I also use hubspot extensively to track the progress of leads and deals in the sales funnel which is very easy with pre built templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting can get a bit better, especially customization of the reports. Attribution modeling for offline channels is not available. I would also like to see much better grouping of attributes, ability to rename elemets like Contacts and Deals to Lead and Opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One destination for all incoming leads, deals, emails, landing pages, reports and everything connected with each other working seamlessly.

You will not go wrong with Hubspot unless you have super custom requirements and an exceptionally large database. It is very easy to use and also works as advertised.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you have your templates set up (landing page or emails) it's so easy to create campaigns from start to finish, also the support - it's fantastic. Very rarely do I have my queries left unanswered.
What do you dislike about the product?
No being able to import multiple lists at a time is frustrating because the process of importing already segregated lists makes it extremely monotonous. Recently I had to import and create variants emails for over 20 segregated groups. I feels as though there should have been a way to firstly automate the variant inputs (separate to a/b testing) but then also a way to import all of my different lists at once. This would be possible if Hubspot supported the importation of one file with multiple sheets which represented your segregated lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily automating the segregation of lists when users work their way through a work flow. This skips a lot of our post event processes and allows us to skip straight to generating reports on user behavior and building out attribution models. The time it takes to build marketing assets from scratch has been cut in half. It's actually really enjoyable to do as well. It's a big reward for minimal effort.

If you're stuck with anything just call up and you'll be sorted out straight away.
Hubspot is the best CRM/Marketing Automation System I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how it integrates with so many other products. Also, their support centre is great and extremely helpful. There has never been a time when I've rung for help that someone hasn't been able to step through my problems to find a resolution.

Nothing to dislike. I guess there are some limitations with deal/contact properties
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has increased the productivity and efficiency of our business massively. All our sales, organic and paid advertising are done through Hubspot. When it comes to reporting on campaigns it's great as there is one source of thuth.

the System is great for individuals without a programming background, but can still be more user friendly from a design standpoint.
