Great product, but only worth it if you use the entire platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I think the social media tool is great. It's user friendly, has decent reporting, and allows you to schedule out as many posts as you need. I like the overall organization and display of most of the reporting on the platform. Form building is relatively easy for anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the email builder. It is not very flexible, has lots of limitations when designing emails. I also do not like that you have to purchase templates. I don't mind creating my own templates, but I don't find the flexibility when doing so. I also have trouble with list building from time to time. I have experience with other platforms and they seem much simpler than the hubspot list management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
email marketing, social media management, form building, and, sometimes, landing page building. The product is really great for social media management, but, truthfully, there are tons of products out there that do not come with the Hubspot price tag that solve for the same problem. If you are looking for an all encompassing solution, this is your tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure if you commit to the platform you take advantage of it in it's entirety! Do not pay for it for one or two things. There are much more affordable options out there.
User Friendly CRM System with lots of Bells and Whistles
What do you like best about the product?
I love using workflows. They have allowed me to automate many phases of our customer's journey. They have also helped remind our sales people how and when to follow up with leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything. I do wish there were more opportunitites to train the people using it at a reasonable cost. Sales people aren't going to spend hours watching videos and it takes some time for any one person to get to the level where they can train a group of people. As a small business we don't have the budget to hire HubSpot for training at the current cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HubSpot to nurture our leads both before and after we meet with a customer face to face. By doing that, we've seen our closing ratios increase by 5-7 percentage points. We also use it to automatically track deals in the pipeline by using workflows. The lead status triggers a deal creation and deal stage. It's been helpful since our sales people are slow to adopt the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that everything I learned I have used so far. The instructor was very knowledgeable and was willing to help with every question.
What do you dislike about the product?
The location was nice but the staff didn't seem to know where to send us at times.

Creating landing pages, creating workflows, social media, and creating campaigns.

Make sure you take advantage of the learning options that HubSpot offers.

Tracking MQL event to Contacts in Salesforce. You can push and pull date from HubSpot to Salesforce
Pretty simple to use, but looks more intuitive than it is

HubSpot has excellent resources to solve problems
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot looks simple to use and easy to figure out, but there can be some difficulty getting it to do exactly what you need. Their help resources help mitigate most of these struggles though.

Easy social media post scheduling, outbound email marketing, and webinar/registration pages
Very handy tool, but not cheap
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and creating landing pages quickly that are on brand an convert straight away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of our package and an uncompromising renewal team - harsh for SMEs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralising all of our marketing and data, the problem is we've realised that there is so much more we can do if we had the time and resources.

What do you like best about the product?
The landing pages are super easy to use, and its so easy to track where the form submissions are coming from (e-mail, ads, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was more capability to manage google ads campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has made my job much easier, because it houses everything that we need in one platform.
Hubspot: so easy even a marketing guy can do it! ;-)
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it EXTREMELY EASY to create landing pages, the clone feature allows for tremendous efficiency through re-use, and I was even able to access landing page source code and customize my own templates, without requiring support or consulting.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have not found any drawbacks, Hubspot is awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through the ease of creating and managing marketing lead gen assets in Hubspot we've been able to run our marketing efforts with a single person (me), we've not needed to outsource web marketing tasks since getting Hubspot. The ability to measure effectiveness of email blasts and landing pages is superior, and makes it easy to change and adjust when needed.

Easy to start, easy to learn, easy to use!

I like the ability to create properties in a flexible way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations to workflows is annoying. I want to be able to generate a note for the company from a deal workflow.

Outbound sales, inbound marketing, inventory management (using product deals as representations of our units)

All of your data resides in 1 place - no more having to juggle spreadsheets
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to track down forms and landing pages at times, especially when not initially named properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot to automate the lead generation process for our organization including PDF reports and webinars. We use Hubspot landing pages to capture the lead data and then workflows to deliver the content as well as delivering a followup series to build value and rapport with the end users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time and go through the certification trainings - they provide deep dives into the various aspects not only of the software but also rock-solid marketing best practices.
