Extensive marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
The email and social media tools in HubSpot are life-savers for running and analyzing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The blog and landing page builders aren't as customizable as I would like to use the types of content I would like throughout my blog posts and landing pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Closed-loop reporting and synchronizing sales and marketing efforts; email marketing; social media marketing; landing page generation; deal tracking and communication tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Assess all the disjointed softwares you use and invest in HubSpot to eliminate those and bring everything under one roof. Be sure to assess the important features in each of those softwares though and ask for highly specific demos to make sure you will have the features you need within HubSpot.
HubSpot makes it easy to post to several different social media groups at one time.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can post the same thing to multiple sources at one time. I can schedule posts to be different and I can get a lot done in one day by scheduling out a ways
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to edit things using fewer steps without having to do each platform separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track our progress using HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Support team is extremely helpful and easily accessible. Very helpful and reach out to make sure we have everything we need. Every time I've had a question they have gone out of their way to explain things and make sure I understand before ending the call/text/message.
Great automation system~
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you segment your lists and contacts in order to best target your audience. We use Hubspot to facilitate event invitations, and we can sort RSVPs by response or yet to respond and can follow up with those that haven't replied yet. Everything is all in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes what I need to do requires information that we don't have accessible to us, and so people are left out when receiving communications. We don't know what we don't know!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have completely streamlined our internal communications processes. It helps us manage our contacts and have an accessible knowledge base. We can manage our events through this system without any additional purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Dashboards are great. I enjoy being able to track results in live-time to see how we can improve campaigns. .
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes downtime or minor glitches. When the system goes down, our Marketing and Intake teams truly struggle since we have automated our process so seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm slowly resolving automation issues with lead capture and lists. I have learned that automation through Hubspot is really easy, you can create multiple touchpoints and keep your team moving forward constantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Continue ensuring there is no server downtime. Our Client Intake team functions on forums and contacts and when the system goes down, we are literally SOL.
HubSpot is easy to use and has tons of features
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's different features for marketing are varied and helpful for marketers, from editorial calendars and scheduling to analytics and lead tracking. Most features are intuitive to use. The analytics reports are helpful to see what marketing strategies are working and what needs improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more capabilities in social scheduling, such as carousels on Instagram and multiple photos on LinkedIn. Additionally, when scraping images from my website to post on social.

We use Hubspot to schedule social media, send emails, track leads/sales, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to use, highly intuitive, and continuously innovating. They never stand still—always releasing new products and expanding capabilities—which keeps the platform fresh and forward-looking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality is designed more with smaller businesses in mind, and not every product goes as deep as enterprise-level users might want. However, the areas where HubSpot invests deeply are best-in-class.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping us consolidate multiple marketing automation tools into one easy-to-use platform, eliminating silos and improving efficiency. It streamlines lead capture, routing, and campaign execution while providing better visibility into performance so we can scale personalization and prove ROI.
Leading the way for marketing automation--and it's always getting better.
What do you like best about the product?
I can very quickly deploy automation and the range of options for enrollment, decision logic, and goals makes the Workflows tool in HubSpot a playground for a marketer. If you can dream it, you can build it 95% of the time. HubSpot is frequently improving workflows and adding great features. Workflows UX/UI is the best I've ever used and I can honestly say it's fun to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional limits or inconsistencies. Sometimes you can set criteria using a date property and say enroll if their date property is less than 3 days ago for example, and in other scenarios that functionality is missing. I think it depends on the type of Workflow used (Contacts, Deals, Companies, Tickets) or the type of property (Contact, Company, Deal) but right now there is some inconsistency as far as options go in the workflows compared with lists/contact view filters/etc. I would also like to be able to add functionality in the delay time to make a delay that is based on specific criteria being met so that you don' thave to chain workflows together as much. Goal functionality can be a little finicky and the performance reporting is missing on new workflow types and can be limited. I would also like more 3rd party integrations with workflows. I'd also recommend adding an annotation feature so that I can add notes at decision points and other parts of my workflows so I and my team can remember why we build something the way we did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to automate a lot of busywork and have built some great nurturing campaigns. We have automated a lot of processes that streamline sale/marketing handoff and follow-up and this has saved me a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot can be expensive but it is the best Salesforce alternative and ahead of Salesforce in a lot of ways.
Unparalleled support
What do you like best about the product?
I have used other marketing automation tools over the years and what stands out the most for me is the ongoing support from HubSpot. There is one-on-one support, an efficient ticketing system, amazing videos through their academy and other training programs. We had a dedicated contact for the first year of our subscription and it really helped us get up to speed quickly and feel much more comfortable and creative with the new tool.

There is nothing that I dislike about HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've definitely learned how to improve our content planning and SEO efforts along with lead generation efforts.
Comprehensive Marketing Platform + Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The team at HubSpot is incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive. Throughout my relationship with them (Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, Tech Support), each team member has done their best to ensure I have the tools and resources I need. Full features and functionality are key, and they come at a reasonable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few items that I had in a previous platform that I do not have within HubSpot. They are minor items, and the features far outweigh any other provider at a reasonable price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lead generation, automating marketing emails, lead nurturing, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know your exact contact database size when doing an initial pricing exercise
Simple and effective.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of using hubspot and there are minimal confusions and I have never had a posting issue like other software has caused.

The learning modules are a few clicks in. It would be nice if they were more easily accessible.

We are getting good feedback as to what our clients and potential customers are opening up marketing wise. So what social posts are most engaged with on what platforms and then which emails are more readable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend it! It's compatible with all of our social platforms and our software Winmo that gathers emails and makes the email sending process so smooth! It's so easy to read the analytics we get back from our social posts and emails in order to gather the best posts/verbiage to send out to our clients and prospects.
