HubSpot is one of the best inbound marketing softwares everyone should at least try
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is all about nurturing customer relationships and this software is a must if you want to make sales.
HubSpot has you covered when it comes to digital marketing. Even if it doesn't meet certain demands of your business. HubSpot easily integrates with Zapier, Magento, and other third party API software so that it can.
If you sell a product online, HubSpot tracks which products your customers are debating on buying and promotes relative content to help close the sale. This has been vital to my client's businesses as their closing rates have drastically improved. Tracking behavior, abandoned cart emails, etc will all boost your average order value. When it comes to data, HubSpot can show you who is engaging with your content, what interactions they are doing, and tracks them through their whole process.
If you want to sell to reoccurring customers or customers who have previously bought from your store, I don't know of another software that can compete with HubSpot's automated marketing campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of my major dislikes about HubSpot is the cost. Pricey? Very. Even though HubSpot is an incredible piece of software ...it can cost a large chunk of cash. For someone like me, that is a small agency. HubSpot's cost can be a hard sell to my clients and for my business to make an ROI. Our account is currently inactive due to this cost. Even if we were getting great ROIs, the price will go up as our contact database grows which is another con to using HubSpot.
The other problem with HubSpot is that as our business grows, if we do make it big as an agency, HubSpot won't cover all of our needs. Our business will have to develop in-house digital marketing software that is fully customized for our specific needs. So for larger corporations, HubSpot isn't really the right choice.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving with HubSpot are digital marketing automation. Lead generation, nurturing leads, tracking leads, providing relative content, and closing leads. HubSpot is a one-stop-shop!
When using HubSpot, we realized all of the tracking, data analytics, etc that we could benefit from if running e-commerce.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Aside from the expensive price tag, other Frankenspot software cannot compete with HubSpot's toolbelt. They are the all-in-one marketing platform for marketing automation.
Easy tool to manage your customer queries
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hubspot every now and then. At first, I used it for managing contact list (CRM). It is a wonderful tool for marketing, customer support, sales & CRM. The all in one tool you can say.
My previous client would have me use it to manage his client/contact list and for managing his social media accounts.
My previous client would have me use it to manage his client/contact list and for managing his social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there is no software that can be downloaded. Having a software on the computer makes it easier to work with. It runs online which makes it hard to work with sometimes. To help you understand better, imagine you are playing online games. You feel the lags sometimes don't you? And when you play a game that is already downloaded in your computer, it runs smoothly. This is what happens but that can be improved online too if you have a fast and reliable internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it for customer support recently and I have used it for marketing in the past for my clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

The platform is very easy-to-use and setup. Understand your company's and teams' objectives to get the best out of it.
Good Entry Level Marketing Automation Platform for SMB
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement, it has a very nice user interface for email and landing pages. It's good way to get basic marketing automation needs out the door. It has a little of everything, so it's great for trying new initiatives like social. This is great for SMB companies that are looking for an entry level tool. We found a lot of value with the UTM builder and tracker. Workflows are built like branching logic so if you have some straight forward flows, it's very easy to set up. Sales Pro was a good basic email sequencing tool that our SDR team liked quite a bit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to scale - in order to run one marketing campaign you need to bounce around the platform quite a bit. We had a lot of problems with our CRM integration. No object that integrates 1:1 with Salesforce Campaigns which is critical if you rely on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick implementation. We chose this product because our previous tool required a lot of IT support and we needed something that could be implemented quickly and our team could use right away.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This a great tool for an SMB sized company with a small contact database. We out grew using them especially on operational based workflows and reporting into CRM
Hubspot, an intuitive tool to manage to manage your contacts!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that everything is available in one platform. When building out campaigns, you're able to backtrack in the campaign and create CTA's or include any assets that you missed before hand. While the navigation takes some time to get used to, it is broken down into a few simple options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered anything I really dislike. The only thing I struggle with is updating or re-coding templates but when I have an issue I reach out the Hubspot support and they are able to resolve my issue sometimes in the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm still going through the software and haven't encountered too many problems. The only issue I currently have is getting to know all the different types of features and tools that are within my reach. Although, again Hubspot has their Academy which is a great resource which I reference quite often.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While Hubspot may seem overwhelming, I highly recommend visiting Hubspot Academy for their free courses on how to use the product!
Hubspot is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
My company and I use Hubspot for all deals and Hubspot allows us to all work on the same pipeline and comment and connect without on other deals. It's really efficient and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the initial setup does take some time. You do have to go through a course to really learn how to use it. However, once you have gotten past the initial setup, it's pretty straightforward from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We aren't losing as many qualified leads and we are able to keep track of all our candidates. The benefits we have realised has been just how easy it is to use and just how organized it all is.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I know the course takes a while, but I highly suggest paying attention to it. It shows you how to make the most out of Hubspot and you have a better understanding start away on how to use it.
Best ESP I've Used
What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive to use and learn. And, it's way more than just an simple ESP. It is very robust and very approachable. They're updating it very frequently.
I've used lots of multi-channel marketing platforms before - Silverpop (now IBM Watson), Teradata, Aprimo, DMC (digital marketing center), Mapp. This is by far the best and easiest to use.
The customer service is pretty good. We have a recurring call with our rep every month. She's eager to hear what we're working on and wants to help direct us to different part of the tool that would be an asset to us. She also like to provide advice on what we can do for different marketing efforts - best practices, channels, etc.
If I'm ever at another company, I'd definitely push to get them to switch to HubSpot (if they're not already using it).

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in their rush to update, they don't communicate the updates in a timely manor.
I'd love it if they'd add a reporting feature that connect the dots a bit more - for example, I can add multiple lists to an email send, but the data export gives an aggregate listing of the statistics for the email send. I'd like to read stats on how each list segment performed. Instead, I need to clone each email send and add each list separately.
The ticketing process for when we experience an issue isn't the best. The platform they use is fine, but the customer services people don't always answer our questions - or at least they don't always answer them in a satisfactory manor.

We use HubSpot not only for email sends, but for lead generation forms. The way the entire platform is set up, we're able to really get a holistic view of a marketing effort from email send to lead generation on our forms.
Our biggest hurdle/goal at our organization is to generate leads. So, we've set up numerous lead forms and landing pages that we drive to from emails (set out of HubSpot), social and paid search/Ad Words campaigns. HubSpot makes setting these up a breeze. Analyzing which channel and which campaign generated the most leads is made easy within HubSpot reporting.

Jump right in! It's a great tool - top-to-bottom.
A highly intuitive marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a digital marketer, I have worked with a number of platforms and have found HubSpot to be one of the most intuitive and easy-to-use tools I have ever used. As a relatively new user, I have been working with HubSpot for just over a month. I have been impressed with the search function that makes it easy to find answers to any questions I have had, and the free HubSpot Academy Lessons are thoughtful and informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features missing from HubSpot that would make it a better all-round solution. I appreciate the social media tools that allow posts to be scheduled in advance, however we are still posting directly on LinkedIn rather than using HubSpot for this. We have a multi-language audience, so it is important for us to be able to target our posts to a specific portion of our audience, and this is not currently possible through HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has made it easy for new users to quickly understand their tools, and this is beneficial as it means I've been able to start making the most of the platform from day 1. The ability to bring so many elements of our marketing efforts together into one platform has simplified our approach, and the number of tools we use on a daily basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy-to-use platform that brings your marketing efforts together into one place, HubSpot is a great solution. There are a few small features missing that would make it a more complete solution (for instance the ability to target our social posts to a specific portion of our audience through HubSpot), but I trust that they will introduce more of these features over time.
The 1-stop marketing solution platform
What do you like best about the product?
The free but comprehensive courses come with exam & certification to be put into resume or simply upgrade yourself as a more competitive employee in the Digital Marketing world. You can also check the progress of all your team member, I think it is really good because they can't lie about the progress.
Secondly, I really love how the dashboard overview is so clean and neat, suitable to integrate with all other social media and just look into 1 dashboard instead of going to all other platforms to check performance.

What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve might be high for a beginner as there are a lot of features can be used, the set up for workflow could seem complicated, but all of these can be solve by completing the free courses and onboarding exercise provided by hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, integration with other social media platform, and tracking consumer behavior. Great 1 stop place, easy to integrate and the buyers persona can help understand the bounce out and actions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Whichever level of access you have, make sure to take up the certification as it doesn't just help you understand Hubspot as a platform, it teaches you industry latest trend and strategy in creating great campaigns and practices.
Most versatile and cutting edge marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is always releasing new features and functions that align with how people shop and buy today. They're also constantly releasing new tools for free. An entrepreneur can easily get started with the free version of HubSpot and take advantage of amazing functions like live chat, email marketing, a CRM, and more. As HubSpot expands its offering it's becoming the perfect tool for sales + marketing + customer service to work in tandem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support team's skills could be improved. It takes a great deal of time for them to understand the problem and they often tell you it's not possible to achieve what you're looking for. Upon working with a HubSpot Partner you can usually achieve or fix the problem. The mobile app also isn't great. You can't do nearly as much as you can on desktop so hopefully they address that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nurturing new leads automatically. Building relationships 1:1 with almost no human effort! It saves us a lot of time researching new leads as the CRM gives you a wealth of knowledge about the new contact. It helps us understand the journey leads take towards becoming a customer. From the pages they visit, the forms they fill out, the emails they reply to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work with a HubSpot Partner! They'll help you with a custom setup that allows you to use HubSpot in a way that works for your company, your industry, your services, your customers.
