What do you like best about the product?
It's a good CRM for integration between different platforms, and also it has alot of cool features that I can use - simple and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations to its analytics structure and also the live chat/chatbot feature. It's not done up really well and is lacking the freedom of customisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing. Automation is really good and it streamlines our work rather than having to manually send the email out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try exploring or going through the Hubspot academy first before embarking on Hubspot. It helps to explain why Hubspot is good and each use case is unique. Their customer service also really helps you out.

A tool I can use for all my Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
With Hubspot I get to send emails, make landing pages without the need of IT and work with automations in a very quick and usefull way. Also, I can add API's that help me with the automation of other tools in my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Workflow limit. We have a necesity of making a very big amount of automations with personalized information, which is why we need to make several Workflows to make sure the personalized informarion is arriving correctly. We tried to make less Workflows but the information got mixed up because the contacts entered the forms several times with different information and the automated emails ended up being all messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better tracking of the contact, the possibility for automation, better management of leads. Since we are using HS in our company, the amount and management of leads have improved, Now we have more leads, and get to qualify them better, working our automation, landing pages, and templates to work the contact into converting him into client. Our conversion rate has increased, and time management improve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a very good decision. It really helps you improve your business

Great tool- User friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Automation and customization with HubSpot is easy and intuitive. The academy helps you to learn not only the system but tactics for marketing, sales and customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is not so easy to get unless you spend a lot of time digging and "connecting the dots". The reporting tool is paid when it should be available to paying clients of Sales and Marketing Hubs at the very least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of emails and data entering, allowing our teams to focus on what's most important.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You may customize it but is worth looking at how the system works before creating internal processes.

Hubspot is an easy to use platform

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and get going. Solid workflow logic. Pretty good CRM. Email template builder easy to use and set up. Easy to send and track emails. Customer support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the timing and tracking features are not good enough. The report builder is also not quite flexible enough to really replace other reporting tools (like Excel and Tableau). Some of the most useful features are behind paywalls, so you need to upgrade your package to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending emails; moving contacts along our sales funnel; repository for customer information. We can track users from lead to opportunity to win/loss pretty easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to set up and use, but expensive to scale and not super customizable.

Flexibility is Key 🔑

What do you like best about the product?
Working closely with heads of marketing and sales, understanding their processes, helped understand the way they think and operate. HubSpot came in handy in the creation of workflows and sequences combining them with smart automated emails translating their needs into actual timed work horses for growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Main concern is the lack of HubSpot account Database leveraging. (Maybe a query creator would be the solution)

Easy to use for the whole marketing team

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to work with contacts/companies/deals and add custom properties for segmentation.
The knowledgebase is excellent and so is customer support - through chat and call back
I've been developing custom templates and modules which makes the landing pages consistent and flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Salesforce is very good, but there are limitations on the properties you can sync.
Managing deletions between systems is manual
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Response capture is simple, reporting is great and using workflows to automate processes and keep our information aligned

What do you like best about the product?
Any action I want to be automated on any property, I can make it happen. The nearly limitless flexibility is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I say nearly limitless because there are some very obvious things that Hubspot should allow you to do, but currently does not. Like very very obvious and useful. It's like in setting Hubspot up they got so excited about the complex stuff they skipped over some of the more obvious features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So much of the actions we previously had to take manually are now automated. Additionally, so much of the reporting previously done in spreadsheets now takes place in Hubspot. This opens up time for us to focus on other tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the bulk posting capability and the ability to schedule posts for in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to post to Google My Business. I would also like an easier way to upload pictures to bulk posts. Once I upload the bulk copy, I'd like to find an easier way to attach the specific artwork for each post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I post fairly custom for 26 different businesses each with multiple locations and sometimes different brands. The post frequency ranges from daily to every other day to every four to five days. The copy is consistent but the artwork is different. Hubspot has made it easier for me to schedule posts in bulk far in advance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is very robust. Invest the time to understand the available capabilities

Easy, clean, and simple!

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is quite easy to use on hubspot and having everything integrated into one platform is amazing. As a BIG benefit, the support team actually picks up the phone. Had lots of times dealing with vendors who are never picking up or need "time" to find a suitable solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the smoothest onboarding. Templates that were made from Hubspot while first integrating were not properly audited and lead to wrong pages/other stores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big benefit is the fact that we can get all our analytics in one place. Workflows are also a great way to nurture customers and seeing a customer journey gives lots of insight.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Hubspot is how centralized it keeps all of our data - it truly is a "Hub" of information that is easily integrated across our campaigns. It is an amazing resource for our small team where we are able to automate actions in order to ease pressure on the team and be more effective in our strategies. Our team is able to collaborate well and we are excited to continue to utilize the platform to it's best potential!
What do you dislike about the product?
The project management tool is not super effective or our team. It's not necessarily built to be a full project management software, so we find that limiting at times. I would also like to see the Landing Page builder have a drag and drop feature like the email builder. That is incredibly helpful when creating email and I think it would be great in creating landing pages, as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation! This is a huge plus for us as a small team. We are also able to better segment and understand our contact data now - there are endless possibilities of nurturing those segments and marketing well. We are building better marketing campaigns and better able to track them. We are also solving the issue of social publishing and scheduling, as we did not have that ability before switching to Hubspot.
