Powerful, with a Learning Curve!
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data that can be tracked and the flexibility of the system overall. I also like the connection with multiple teams in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are parts of Hubspot that are somewhat inconsistent or a bit convoluted. However, recent updates have helped to resolve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better communication and consistency between departments in our office. Better tracking of communication with customers.
HubSpot appears to be good. We still have to get better with it.

The wealth of useful information in the Academy.
The promise of all the CRM/platform-tools. I am looking forward to implementing them properly.

Dislike is harsh. Areas that can improve
A bit more handholding and/or prodding.
Academy pricing and packaging tool can also indicate if not include tools to consider. Tools to consider can optionally be priced and included in a summary to pop into a cost estimate/proposal. I am working on one. Perhaps, someone at HS can review it ;)
A recommended track for tracks: please indicate a recommended sequence of tracks.
There is a HS cheat sheet online for all exams. I did not check if answers are correct but I assume it would be easy to put together an answer sheet.

Industry standard in marketing communications
What do you like best about the product?
For the past three companies I have worked for, Hubspot was the main tool/platform used for marketing communicatons, for centralizing e-mail, contact management, and social media. It is very familiar, and easy-to-understand, with many great marketing resources and education as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the navigation is a bit frustrating. It is not organized that intuitively, and even though I use the platform on a regular, weekly basis, I end up clicking in many menus to find what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with CRM like Salesforce is great. Solves teamwork issues within the marketing team, and great resource for looking up the full activity of individual contacts. Campaign management is also great, with great combinations of emails, landing pages, and social media and nurture workflows in one place.
Hubspot has saved so much time
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is the best way to organize our companies and contacts in one place. It brings both marketing and sales together to work as one. We are able to send emails to everyone, figure out their email preferences and follow up on important calls or who opened important emails. I don't know how we ever lived without it in our workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that I wish we could make more suitable to what we need as a company. A lot of what they offer is across the board for all companies. For the most part you can tweak here and there but you cant delete unnecessary properties that they create or segment in ways that work for your company specifically. I also don't love that something could change with the platform overnight and we don't know until we come across it. I understand why they do that with all of the evolving changes, but it gets a little frustrating when you are training sales teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we have been able to get closer to solving is SMarketing, how to get sales and marketing working together. For the longest time we worked as two separate teams and it still took a while for sales to come to terms with how Hubspot worked, but we are finally using it together and making huge improvements with it to work as one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely go in with an open mind. Know that you will learn new things that you are not used to using while at work, but these are all good things that will make your work life so much easier on a day to day.
Takes a while to warm up but once you do you won't be able to live without it
What do you like best about the product?
Landing pages & workflow automation for sure. I love the fact that the design manager is so user friendly that non coders can get in on the coding action too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The blog feature is not upto the mark like WordPress. If your primary goal is blogging, I'd suggest to go with WordPress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation is a big thing we've banked upon. Hubspot makes it real simple to reduce manual workload. I'm also loving the design tool. Me, being a content marketer with basic HTML and CSS knowledge, love playing around with it and have managed to code some neat pages as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an all one one tool that is definitely going to ease your life. Be patient with it, learn and adapt.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has tools for every team member in your organization. It's very diverse. I like their social media marketing tools and how easy it is to schedule multiple social media posts. I also love HubSpot's customer service team. If ever I have a question, I can type it in and I'll get a written response and a phone call within a few minutes. It's great customer service and they work hard to help solve my problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some training is required to use the platform, but they have helpful and easy to understand videos. Some of the terminology used by HubSpot may be greek to non B2B marketers. Otherwise, there's not much I don't like about HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of easily scheduling multiple social media posts. I like that I can assign social media posts to a campaign and then being able to see reports and metrics for that specific campaign. We're able to better track our marketing campaigns with HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth the money. It's great software backed up by helpful customer service team.

Being able to track leads to conversion, with the value of the marketing initiatives being estimated based on deals in the pipeline(s).
We run a number of different revenue streams and being able to track those deals separately as well as by lead source within those different pipelines helps us to make better decisions about what to do with our next marketing spend.
Tracking the deals through our pipelines also allows us to measure and manage our franchises and their conversation rates.
Updates and improvements are frequent and are well communicated with decent beta opt ins and amendments made based on user feedback.

There is a bit of a learning curve due to the breadth of the system and it can be quite daunting. From a admin type user perspective its quite intuitive and easy to set up workflows and other automation, but we have found that it is quite a battle to get user adoption up.
I dont believe this is a Hubspot specific issue, and the Hubspot knowledgebase is quite comprehensive.
User permissions used to be quite restrictive and not terribly helpful for our needs, but have since been upgraded and improved and most of our needs are met.

We are far more equipped to track ROI on some of our non-digital marketing initiatives and tracking and managing our deals from lead to closing.
The automation of communication through sequences frees up our consultants from tedious follow up requests for documentation, allowing them to focus on the relationships with serious customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Streamlining loads of marketing processes & activities from a single platform and great support service

Having everything in one place means that if the platforms has any issues, a lot of your tools/assets could be affected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating landing pages and capturing data in a smarter, more efficient way, as well as being able to streamline our emailing activities and have better reporting

What do you like best about the product?
The integration feature with email addresses for directly sending automated emails from the HubSpot dashboard is the best thing about it. Also, the report dashboard conclusively shows sales performance, team activity, Deal forecast, and closed and productivity report, which helps me in the analysis of data displayed.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot offers all of its marketing and sales automation services in a single dashboard making new users confused to set it up correctly.

We automate our marketing campaigns and promotions through HubSpot and regularly collect the performance report and analyze it correctly to solve the issues and grasp the market opportunity.

HubSpot is a very incredible platform, allow me to create voice memos and use it as a reminder, and in this way I will not forget any important event, it is a very simple tool but very easy to use, it has an incredible interface and Something very important, it is very sure, everything that is programmed there will be protected. more outstanding, with HubSpot you can record group meetings that can be used as a reference for future conferences
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like about HubSpot is its high price, it is very expensive, for what it offers, I think the free version gives us almost the same and works very well.It's the only negative thing I can say about this amazing tool.It is quite convenient to HubSpot, at the beginning without having to examine the tutorials, it has multiplatform messages and file sharing always helps to make the tool more and more outstanding, with HubSpot you can record group meetings that can be used as a reference for the future conferences.

It has been a great help, since I usually forget things a bit, and more when I have a lot of work, but thanks to this excellent tool, I now have a better control of my work schedules and activities.It offers me a control of all my activities in a very orderly and precise way.WordPress increases our allocation to work from home for the organization, we can currently chat with video and audio with operation partners for complex problems and join meetings
