Hubspot Workflows

What do you like best about the product?
The workflows are very easy to set up, Hubspot walks you through the whole thing and if you need help, there is usually someone on live chat that can help you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled with the if/then branches and with setting goals initially. Over the last few new workflows though I have begun to figure it out. It's really trial and error for the first few, what sort of data you want collected from each campaign, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to reach a much wider audience much quicker with workflows. I've realised that while I'm focussing on contacts who have engaged with our emails and am busy following them up, Hubspot workflows will continue in the background and hopefully find for me new prospects to speak with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a solid marketing tool to help with everything from website traffic to marketing campaigns, I would recommend Hubspot.

The heart of marketing and sales

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot gives out company a beating heat - it makes sure that everyone is aligned, that all data is shown to marketing and sales, and that we are looking at the same data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that some things which are easy to fix can take so long. An example is the workflow - that you need to remake stuff, instead of copying. But finally, HubSpot is coming with a solution.

Also: A lot of times social media management does not look good in my opinion. Images get cropped and don't look good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have one tool for marketing and sales instead of scattered over multiple tools. Also, reporting is a lot easier when everything is in one tool.

Great all-round marketing platform

What do you like best about the product?
The greatest positive about HubSpot is that it is an all-round platform that can support multiple marketing channels and activities. The available tools are easy to use and have an immediate impact. The support is also really well set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, it took quite some effort to set everything up. There was quite some information available via the support community and HubSpot provided great support, but it took time to have everything up and running. Other than that, no real dislikes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to HubSpot, we are now able to integrate various platforms, such as our website, analytics, our social media platforms as well as our external CRM. This integration allows us to have a full picture of who our contacts are and how they are interacting with us online.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In need of allround platform with ease of use? Then go for HubSpot

Hubspot - a strong CRM platform

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to follow up with clients and manage them. Customer engagement increases and it will be more effective. It also saves a lot of your time since you can automate a lot of processes
What do you dislike about the product?
The tables are not very user-friendly, personally I still prefer to use google sheet or Microsoft excel instead of Hubspot

We have integrated hubspot in our Saas platform and using hubspot it is very easy for us to see where each client is and then follow up with them to solve their problems

Does it all in one place

What do you like best about the product?
The centralized platform for taking care of everything I do on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional outages and a constantly rotating staff of support people. Through my time in an agency, we had a number of different Hubspot reps who all needed to be brought up to speed on our situation. While it was nice to have an actual dedicated person, we did a lot of explaining around what we needed and what the history of our struggles/growth opportunities were.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving a lot of lead generation problems - the automated workflows have been a godsend for getting a lot of the work we used to do done on its own. We used to do a lot of email campaigns and followup manually, but we've automated most of that.

Nice for consolidating marketing tools and unifying customer data

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to get to see every single interaction a customer has had with your brand across different marketing channels etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
No one tool within Hubspot is the best out there. The email builder, for example, can be very buggy and frustrating to work with some time. It's not always that intuitive and user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unifying and optimizing marketing efforts. We are able to nurture customers all the way through the funnel much more holistically.

Great potential, still a bit limiting

What do you like best about the product?
Useful for nurturing campaigns, very customizable, good for internal notifications (updates about new leads coming in)
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a bit limited. Can't define "blocks of steps" to create complicated tree maps that are repetitive at some points (insert the same 5 steps in a couple of different branches of the tree).
Can't create a specific step/filter as a variable that can be inserted repetedly. For example, I would have liked a feature enabling me to define an if/then branch with certain pre-defined criteria that I can insert repeatedly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main marketing CRM, used for a variety of purposes.
Can be leveraged to be highly efficient for nurturing, lead scoring, marketing automation

What do you like best about the product?
I thoroughly enjoy the UI of the website. It is simple and very easy to pick up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only things I dislike, is the fact that whenever I am creating an for Facebook, I have to leave the easy hubspot UI and go into the hard to grasp Facebook Ads Manager UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue that we have recently solved is exactly how to organize our ads more efficiently.

Get on Hubspot ASAP because it is nothing if not helpful!

Useful for Content Marketing, Though Limited

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule social media posts across Facebook and Twitter is great! It makes it easy to manage both platforms under the roof of one service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email builder leaves A LOT to be desired. Moving from SurveyMonkey to HubSpot for emails was shocking, as trying to build and modify emails in HubSpot is such a pain. They really need to redo this from the ground up. I would also like to see LinkedIn integration for social media posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email builder is not intuitive. The ability to quickly and easily schedule posts maximizes my efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If an intuitive email builder is not required for your organization, then HubSpot may be for ypu.

Easy landing page creation

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to create landing pages and emails quickly to help with my campaigns. A lot of the pages I work on were created by our dev/design team, so now, I am able to create Landing Pages with a little bit of HTML knowledge, add CTAs to those pages, and see which pages and CTAs are performing well. I also like that I can A/B test.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed on several occasions that data we put into a profile is removed. We know we've added things like org name, size, and other data we're collecting in people's profiles, but we will go back and see some of that data missing. We've noticed this issue maybe a handful of times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot to run our Onboarding campaigns. I know Hubspot wasn't designed for this purpose, but it has been proven to be somewhat effective. The reason we are using Hubspot for this is due to the lack of funds in purchasing a LMS. Realized benefits... that we can crank out a new landing page series in about a week now to help with our campaigns that get traction.
