Hubspot is one of the best CRMs that I have ever used. However, CRM's have flaws.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy to use hubspot can be. It's not a difficult platform to figure out how to use. Plus the integrations of other apps is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems a bit cluttered at times. Like all CRMs there is not enough customization in terms of building what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass emailing, salesmsg texting, and tracking the stage of sales. The benefits of integrated apps are amazing!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
add more manual feature to build the right CRM for you company
General HubSpot review
What do you like best about the product?
The combined platform of Marketing, Service and Sales in one, with a CRM as a base.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be too much information. A lot of information logged on multiple records can be a disturbance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital Marketing, Inbound sales and service
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a great system, as you do not need to use countless different websites and programs. With HubSpot you have the functionality of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Wordpress, and Mailchimp in one. You also don't need other services for CRM or support.
Hubspot - The great pyramid scheme
What do you like best about the product?
For Sales teams, this is one of the best. Being able to see the company, the lifecycle, where they were generated is great. The Academy is cheesy but informative.
The analytics it collects is great but you're going to have to pick one or the other when it comes to Google Analytics, since they both collect differently.

What do you dislike about the product?
Slow updates, I assume unless you are a high ranking member of it, you don't get through to the people that can actually make helpful changes.
The changes they DO make are not often briefed in any update email, some days you will go in using one feature, the next day it is lost to time and space.. never to return. Except it's still there, they just forgot to put it back in the menu, oops.
The "Multi-Level Marketing" cult aspect if you are an agency. They want you to put Hubspot on EVERYTHING. I've seen some digital marketing agencies completely rebrand to be a Hubspot agency. If they're making money off it, suppose you can't complain. But if you want to reach diamond tier, you have to go all in.

Though my job is in marketing, I have seen businesses perform far better with the sales automation side of things. Sales teams might find it slow to learn but in the end, it is worth it.
For marketing, it can be hit or miss. The way Hubspot recommends a blog to be on a subdomain from your actual site, for instance, I don't agree with.
I'd say the learning centre is probably one of the best features with it, even with how cheesy and American it is. If you are new to marketing or want a fresh look at how things are developing, I think Hubspot is really catching on to trends in the industry.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are worried about your sales conversion, Hubspot can definitely help.
For agency use though. Be careful. Hubspot is very "mums selling oils on facebook". It has game-ified its services where you need to sell it more and manage more. It can be a good thing if you manage to do this but you won't get any special benefits from them unless you advertise the hell out of them on your own website.

CRM full of automations
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot lets you do more with less. Once you have your automation rules in place, it's just a matter of executing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was very difficult to get started. There is a lot to learn because of the sheer volume of tasks that HubSpot does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single platform to manage all social media apps
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I mentioned earlier in my review that there is a lot to learn about HubSpot. This is true but I don't want to scare you away. HubSpot has created their own "academy" where they have created short videos to give people a crash course in learning how to use HubSpot.
Swiss Army Knife for Email Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a one stop shop in terms of getting all of your leads partners contacts whoever you sent email campaigns to specific and customized newsletters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don’t dislike anything about this application that I could make a point on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to get certain email campaigns to certain contacts in the groups that they fall under as well as make sure that our contact us page has automated responses depending on the drop-down subject that the inquirer chooses and also making sure we can integrate this information with our customer relationship management program so that leads her updated in real-time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering utilizing email campaigns and forms to a professional level within your project or business, then don't hesitate and go with Hubspot.
Workflow review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality, being able to design the way we want to reach our contacts and manage them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not showing responses on marketing emails on workflows, we want to have more interactions, like no time frame delay to go to the next step, let the system be like an Active list and wait for the if/them branch to move contacts as they reply or interact. I would like to include manually contacts to campaigns. when adding a workflow to a campaign, being able to get all the metrics even if it has already started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing contacts more efficiently, having many tools of interaction with contacts, getting metrics from all marketing efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't let your leads go away, with Hubspot you can manage all of your contacts and your teammates.
Best software out there!!!
What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly it is, we have no problem at all training our new staff on how to use it even if they have never even heard of a CRM (we have many students in our company). Also love that the reports are automatic and updated frequently, they are easy to find and make insights about. Everything is organized nicely and easy to find and use on the platform. I like that you can choose what sections your employees can see and use. Customer service is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
That my boss won't buy the premium version. Wish that importing documents into emails could be a little easier, we have a lot of data sheets specific to serial numbers, so finding/attaching and making sure all is correct takes a bit of time. I wish that I could type in the serial number to the email and it would automatically bring up that file with all related documents, but that is me dreaming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We never had a good way for tracking our metrics, and now we can see them all on one page without hesitation. I would also spend so much time looking through emails seeing what I have and haven't replied to, who knows how many leads I missed with a messy inbox. HubSpot allows me to filter through easily and make tabs on certain emails that I need to follow up on.

Great platform for learning automation
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and platform are intuitive and easy to use, it's very easy to self-learn and get going quickly. Probably the most attractive UI in comparison to other solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics are clunky and not helpful, the dashboards are lacking in function and reporting is lack-luster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is using Hubspot for all marketing automation, but not the CRM tool. This has helped us launch nurture campaigns, create event pages, dynamic lists, and workflows very quickly and easily. This is an ideal intuitive platform for those who want to learn automation themselves and get set up fairly quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to know what you're looking for in this product, and how you want it to work with the rest of your tech.
Powerful, efficient and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's marketing hub has been instrumental in the success of various marketing and sales campaigns that we have designed, launched and tracked.
It helps not only in management but also in evaluation and consequent improvement.
We also subscribe to HubSpot's effort to improve some features and constantly be available to respond to service tickets, looking for solutions to the challenges we are facing.

Integration and management of social networks.
Huge difficulty in integrating email without a consistent response from you.
Huge difficulty in integrating email without a consistent response from you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has mainly given strength to the strategies and campaigns we design and implement.
Integration and automation takes marketing to the next level.
We have also achieved greater systematization of sales processes and improved level of customer service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Powerful and efficient tool. Easy to use for those with a clear view of marketing and sales.
HubSpot Marketing Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how easy it is to create a complete campaign from social media to google ads to landing pages to marketing emails in just a matter of hours
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like how the page builder is designed, it has a lot of limitations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the automation problem and organizing tasks for the sales team, we expanded our lead database and increased the efficiency of our sales process
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the learning center to gain more knowledge and experience, it helped me transition from being an application developer in the IT department to being a marketeer and gain the required knowledge to help the marketing department and the organization to my full potential.
