What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. I can setup campgains and automation within minutes
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels clunky, and things that should work just don't work. I need to just restart and it's annoying at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have all my marketing efforts in one place, it also has access to all my CRM data and it's just feels like a complete product and solution.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s intuitive, integrates seamlessly with sales and CRM, and makes reporting easy. I can see the entire customer journey without jumping between tools.

Pricing jumps quickly as you scale, and some automation features take a bit of setup time to get right.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX of the platform is very easy to use and intuitive! Everyone I've worked with has been super friendly and patient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much, I'd say I, personally, have to try to keep up with all the changes and features as they come out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly talking to many people as a 1:1 conversation. I love the ease of using the tool and the staff is always easy to work with and available,.

What do you like best about the product?
The email marketing functions are a great differentiator! The A/B testing function, for example, is very good!
What do you dislike about the product?
The system becomes very, very slow when it needs to send large batches of emails, such as to 60k contacts, taking up to 1 hour to send everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We managed to segment our database very well and send personalized emails, but in bulk.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot marketing hub has helped our marketing team to collaborate and develop additional processes and tools along side of our sales team leaders! From implementation to execution, it’s been a wonderful process

as a recent implementation program, it does take time to learn the overall process of utilizing marketing hub
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allowing us to see and have additional transparency to our overall lead process lead flow and conversion by lead source
