The ability to integrate multiple apps and use one single platform is incredible.

For the moment, nothing, it is very intuitive and I love that they are integrated with TikTok.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX of the platform is very easy to use and intuitive! Everyone I've worked with has been super friendly and patient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much, I'd say I, personally, have to try to keep up with all the changes and features as they come out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly talking to many people as a 1:1 conversation. I love the ease of using the tool and the staff is always easy to work with and available,.
Very good marketing functions
What do you like best about the product?
The email marketing functions are a great differentiator! The A/B testing function, for example, is very good!
What do you dislike about the product?
The system becomes very, very slow when it needs to send large batches of emails, such as to 60k contacts, taking up to 1 hour to send everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We managed to segment our database very well and send personalized emails, but in bulk.
Amazing experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot marketing hub has helped our marketing team to collaborate and develop additional processes and tools along side of our sales team leaders! From implementation to execution, it’s been a wonderful process

as a recent implementation program, it does take time to learn the overall process of utilizing marketing hub

allowing us to see and have additional transparency to our overall lead process lead flow and conversion by lead source

Very easy to navigate around and has a great interface

Hard to create dashboards, kinda confusing

It helped us with scheduling emails and posts without manual work

Game changer for us
What do you like best about the product?
I use HS from the beggining of the year and it's a game changer for our company, becasue it's gave us a lot of option we haven't before. I really like how every data, modules are connected with eachother. It's really helpfull when you have a big and complicated database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it works really slow, but in general I don't see any minuses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool is dedicated for B2B market and that was our main need, so everything in HS mrktg hub is kind of solving our problems :)
Easiest platform to manage emails!!! 10/10
What do you like best about the product?
There's courses to teach how to create marketing emails. No coding needed. Very user friendly tool to manage lists, contacts and create attractive emails. We love Hubspot!

Nothing we love the tool! Our whole team is on it

Remove manual tasks! Its great
Every time I use it I learn something new that makes my brain even happier

So much. I’m able to do so much and the layout matches my brain and my thought process. Everything is so simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the only thing I dislike (which is a great problem) is that I am somewhat new to the tool so I have a lot more to learn before I can be dangerous.

Keeping email campaigns, lead forms, and everything necessary to be effective in one place.
