Excellent proxy solution.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy is to use once its deployed in your enviroment. Troubleshooting is suprisley simple versus our previous solution. Also the response time when we open a case are very good for incident where we can't fix it ourselfs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deployment phase was very difficult and complex. No a strong presence in China, something we believe has to be improved in the short term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we are solving is having independent proxy solution around the globe, with Forcepoint we are standardizing into one solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend to spend a good amount of time during the POC, specially for policies creation before rolling it out to production. Also, it is known that Forcepoint Proxy Connect has issues with mobile carrier Telcel in Mexico (users may require to add a service to their line in order to work).
