Conga Contracts over Traditional Way of Contract Creation

  • March 18, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most basic and yet the most required feature like faster Contract Creation, the inclusion of clause library, easy collaboration, version control and more. It offers a lot of flexibility to users and managers as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using it for the features it offers, so nothing as such to be shared about things I dislike. But I would have liked it more, if there would have been more options of custiomization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not need to invest a lot of time like earlier in contract creation. A lot of assistance and service would have to be required of the in-house legal team earlier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
How Conga Contracts has changed a lot of things for me. Actually, earlier the contract-making process is tedious things, but it is unavoidable, as they are an integral part of the system. The process of contracting making was very time-confusing and needs a lot of effort from a lot of people of different domains.

But with the advent of Conga Contracts, the process has become centralized, easy to start, easy to maintain, and easy to achieve. Now, it just takes almost 80% less time to create the contract. With the inclusion of clause library, it allows to save huge money on in-house legal needs and faster contract creation means, designated tasks are been done efficiently by the people from across department with no restriction, limitations or latency and dependency.

Easy to use product and very helpful team

  • February 25, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the data is much better than our previous solution. The flexibility of the platform allows us to adapt our instance to our particular needs.
There is ability to self serve within the product but when help is needed the CW team is readily available and eager to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much a dislike as a product suggestion--would be great if we could assign more than one Contract Owner. So notifications would go to Legal and the business owner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to see which contracts are active and have certain key terms (assignment, arbitration).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the switch. It's really easy to use and implementation is quick. Not only can you store only documents but the quality of wrangling is much improved over our prior solution. We realized we could not rely on the data from our prior solution so were spending hours to validate each report that we pulled. CW's quality control makes the extracted data much better and more reliable, saving us time and internal legal resources.

Contract Wrangler helpful for vendor contracts

  • February 24, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The fundamental terms for vendor contracts are very helpful. For our contracts with clients, these aren't as useful for our industry, but I could see this being useful for others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation is a little clunky for my liking. We are still in the process of onboarding, but I am not sure if our additional key terms are going to provide us the insight we were hoping for or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really would like to know across the portfolio of contracts, certain clauses that are present or not. We have not realized this benefit yet and I'm not sure we will, but we will find out. One benefit we have seen is that there are some expired contracts we have that we were unaware of, however, this is more "interesting" than having any real impact on us, based on how our contracts work.

Contract Wrangler is Cutting Edge (Awesome, The Best, Rocks).

  • November 23, 2020
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Contract Wrangler is a efficient contract management tool with very user-friendly interface. The tool has helped to save a lot of manual wok and it is easy to search for the agreements from the repository. It has helped in understanding every aspect of a contract’s lifecycle to extract meaningful data insights. Some of the key benefits are as follows:

*Unlimited licenses
*Helps keep a track on renewal of contracts
*Improves functional efficiency by reducing manual efforts
*Increases visibility of Suppliers/Vendors/Customers/Distributors.
*Good interactive dashboards help in giving management visibility into the contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t allow the admin to restrict rights granted to new users. (view rights/edit rights etc). users. We suggest this option to select rights be granted to Admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to reduce manual efforts going into managing contracts. Secondly, By introducing automation in contact management, we are avoiding manual errors from creeping into the system.. Further, we can now handle a larger volume of contracts. We won't ever miss a renewal date

Finally solving the real problem: getting the value in all our existing agreements

  • November 22, 2020
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As an inhouse attorney, I help negotiate contracts but I am not in charge of carrying them out. With Contract Wrangler, the system automatically find the key business commitments and then I can assign those to business owners in the company and set alerts and workflows tied to achieving those.
Contract Wrangler was the only system we found where the company expressly committed to having its own attorneys reviewing all the machine learning results. This rigorous QC was very important to us because reading contracts is a far more complex task for AI than reading other documents (e.g., receipts). Contract Wrangler was the only company applying AI to contracts that actually understood that what is most important to us is The Correct Answer -- not just a recommendation that then takes many more attorney hours to QC on our side. That means with Contract Wrangler I got a complete solution and didn't have to spend additional monies on extra attorneys to verify the AI results
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, we have had feature suggestions that did not initially exist but the company was quite responsive and added them. Thus, at one point in time I could have said that they don't yet have the type of SSO we want and don't have a Clause Library --however they have since added those. Another issue where they were initially short, but got up to full-speed on later was very granular levels of permissions for sharing documents, which they now do better than a lot of other systems we use (e.g. Office 365).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, one key problem was getting organized for financings and being able to accurately respond to representations and warranties about the entire range of agreements we have.
I also find the system to save me tons of time when I need to respond to an executive query about the status of a particular relationship.
One feature I like a lot is the ability to find out which agreements are missing a signature - which helps me identify the final signed agreement so I don't waste time studying the wrong document.
I know the CFO finds the system useful for catching unwanted vendor renewals and verifying service level commitments that get us refunds. The system has saved us a lot of money and headache from accidentally remaining locked in to services we no longer need.

    Computer Software

Easy to deploy and use product

  • November 21, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The software is very easy to implement, deploy, and use. The OCR is very accurate and enabled search through all documents uploaded easily. The implementation timeline was also very short considering the amount of agreements I uploaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time I used it, the lack of integrations with DocuSign, SFDC, and other similar products. I understand that's been fixed. I would have liked better de-duplication and the ability to delete agreements in the database once entered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a contract repository and a way to track important terms (such as termination date, renewal dates, etc.) and a way to search all my contracts for specific language. I also wanted something that's low cost and easy to use so that it can be utilized across the company and not just for legal.

Contract Management Tool With Great Potential

  • November 20, 2020
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
CW listens to its customers and continually tries to improve its product.

CW's support team is truly amazing to work with, answering questions and solving issues promptly, and always willing to go through the product with you so that you get the most out of it.

CW allows you to assign ownership of each contract.

CW's search interface is really good.

CW's user annotation capability allows you to track provisions that are particularly relevant to your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
CW doesn't allow you to edit tags.

CW has some trouble wrangling new Order Forms to already wrangled MSAs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CW is a great place to store executed agreements and ensure that deadlines and other contract management requirements are met.
