Cool tool for Agrrement generation and tracking
What do you like best about the product?
The ability of Conga Contract to keep track of changes in documents is the best feature. Any changes made by the client in the agreement can be tracked very easily and efficiently. The support team is also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Licensing of the tool is not that good; We have to purchase licenses for every user to send documents for signing via them, which proves to be coslty and it requires a lot of time to configure its automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the process of Contract generation and signing was automated; Earlier we had to track personally about the contracts and refresh the email to check whether signed contract reached us or not but using this tool all this process is now automated. We can relax once we sent the contract for signing.

Conga Contract is a best tool to understand the cntract part of CPQ

Conga Contracts - An Excellent tool for contract management with salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best contract management solution. It is straightforward to use, and the users can see red lines under the change made by the end client very clearly, which makes the user notice the changes in the contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service for the product is not that good. The management must add some more skillful talent to the customer support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to speed up the contract signing process in our organization with different clients. Also, the renewal of the agreements can be done with just a few clicks and noting down the changes made in the contract quite easily.

The best thing about conga contracts is that they can keep track of changes in the contracts. Also, it automated the process of contract signing in our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The designing of templates used in conga contracts requires technical knowledge of HTML and CSS, and whenever we needed any change, we had to call a software developer for those changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we were able to solve using conga contracts is that now we can keep track of the changes made by the client in the agreement.

What do you like best about the product?
It enables a law department to work with other departments more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with the CLM started when they were first starting out and i was like wow how cool is this. But a few years later i revisted this system and it felt outdated and slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
quick and accurate approvals from multiple departments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
make sure review their system and other CLMs and determine if it is the right fit for how your company intends to use it. and make sure you define the right stakeholders and get their input prior to making the decision. i believe that the company where first used to the system did not . Once you make the decision to go ahead with system, it is on you to make sute you keep current with all new offerings otherwise it will like all othef CLMs will feel outdated.

Main thing is that its easy to integrate and after integrated as well it is working very smooth. Cover all of our great scenarios to make our life easy and make our flow automated.

Some times we might take some tike to understand the new product but once we understand the use and working of the product then that will be very much easy for use to use and get the accurate and desired output.

Easy to merge data and create the contract based on that data. The generated contract is very useful and easy to understand also this contract format can be created based your requirements/need.
We are integrating this Conga Contract to get accurate results based on our need and in form of easy viewable.
We can manage permissions as well for each users to access/view/edit the generated Contract. We can add/remove/enable/disable any user. Also we can generate the report of the users and all.
We can also setup accessibility of user to access/manage/usage of the specific document also we can integrate for eSignature and send directly for the signature or for the next process. This kind of autonation we can do using this.
Also as its having managing kind of features then it obvious that it would have the functionality of exporting the details. That would be useful for higher level users to get the overall details and many more kind of analytics based on forms or reports of these contracts.

I like how we can configure regarding fields, query, the template in one place

The only thing i feel to to improve is if we somehow open Template Builder from main screen then it would be really good feature :)

User interface can be better. Also the screen while it is loading can have a better UI.

Generating documents using multiple usecase. We use CLM and CPQ in day to day basis. For document generation, Conga Contract does a world of good.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides all the required features and functions to implement E2E CLM solution with lot of customization.

Complex customization and easy to solution.

We have a client which has complex pricing structure and who wants entire CPQ and CLM information to be merged in CLM contracts which is very much complex and no other CLM allows to implement. But Conga CLM is the one which provides all the necessory customization and features to get it done.

For complex structure and business logic to pull on contracts Conga CLM is best.
