The Customization process very easy . we can change the contract within minutes and send the new contract to the clients. we don't have to draw up a new agreement very time something changes. our agreement process became quiet smooth , fast and reliable.

I was the only person who knew html ,css and to edit or create template we need html and css therefore others had to wait for their template to be edited or created as they didn't know any css,html.

I am a big fan of Conga Composer and I find that it is well suited for organizations that require complex merges, with data from multiple custom or standard objects arranged in tables. I think my organization has only just scratched the surface of everything we can do with solution parameters - despite being a super user and a certified Conga Composer professional! There are so many options and so much usefulness, it will take time to really dive in and leverage everything that Conga has to offer. Utilize your implementation partner. Implementations won’t work if your partner sets up the system and backs away. You will likely need an expert on hand on the beginning to make sure things are going smoothly, and to help train system admins and super users.

We are using Conga with Salesforce. It is easy to maintain. If there is any request to update or add new field on templates it is time consuming. Also loved the conga batch feature which also allow us to schedule the job.
