Streamlined Client Management, Needs Improved Navigation

What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong to keep track of all emails, calls, and conversations, and it's a great place to reference details and prep for meetings. It's really nice because I don't have to do it manually, and I can share it with my account executive. The organization is fantastic; everything's there, and I can prep for meetings quickly. Gong provides wonderful summaries that make it easy to write follow-up emails. I love that I no longer have to say I don't know to a question because I can go back and reference things. It saves so much time and improves how I show up with my customers. It's a lifesaver for someone like me who's not super organized. Gong organizes everything for me, so I don't have to scan or take notes. I can just search for information right away. I also appreciate seeing the history of interactions with different people who have touched an account. The setup was absolutely painless and easy. Overall, I really, really like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yeah. I would like it if all of my accounts could be, like, on one where I could navigate. Because right now, you have to do a search, and sometimes the search is a little clunky. It's not as intuitively organized, so I don't always know where to find everything. I don't have, like, a me page of my accounts. It would be nice to have, like, a me accounts page where I can just navigate them and just kinda click on them rather. Than having to search them. And, yeah, it just kinda like can be a few extra steps to, like, get to to the call I want or to get somewhere. So that would be nice. The organization would be a little bit better, like my landing page. Just a slightly more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to keep track of all emails, calls, and conversations, making it easy to prep for meetings and reference details instantly. It organizes everything, saves time by eliminating manual note-taking, and enhances communication with account executives.

Optimize Meetings with Intuitive Interface, Improve Data Capture

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Gong interface and the three tools I mentioned, as they solve my pain points. Additionally, I appreciate that it offers me a rating on how engaged I am and where I can shorten my interventions, basically the coaching it provides me. I also highly value having a record of my meetings that I can consult immediately or later, which makes my work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two things that could be improved in Gong. The first is that sometimes the meeting is not recorded if I have to enter the Zoom link twice. This makes me lose all the added value of Gong, as I cannot recap the important points or obtain traceability for the future. The second is that sometimes it incorrectly captures the person responsible for an action in the next steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to record my external meetings and get coaching on my performance. It helps me stay attentive because it provides the transcription, facilitates follow-up with key point memos, and guides me in meeting preparation.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the summary of the call and the transcripts in Gong. I appreciate the ability to look back on the transcripts to identify risks and opportunities for renewal and expansion. It's really valuable to me because it helps focus on the specific needs of my partners when meeting with many of them on a daily basis, and it helps summarize those conversations.

Stronger, More Productive Calls

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to confirm action items via the recap. Extremely easy to use and find previous calls. Simple way to share pertinent information between teams and stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ai recaps are sometimes way off with action items very vague or listed for the wrong party.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Essential Tool for B2B Sales Teams

What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong at work in B2B sales, and it helped me ramp up quicker, giving me a better understanding of what gets communicated during customer calls. It helps me prioritize who to contact by seeing when the last contact was. I like the most that it can summarize and answer questions about calls that were recorded. I also like that it automatically updates with my email messages and shows what is on our CRM as well. Additionally, Gong connects with Outlook and Salesforce, which is really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I type in an account that has a longer name in the search, there are no results. Also, maybe there could be a full list of accounts with date and method of last contact that can be sorted or exported.(maybe this is already a feature that I just don’t know about)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helped me ramp up quicker, understand customer calls better, and prioritize contacts by seeing last interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Gong summarizes the health of an opportunity with a score, which helps me focus my attention better. It allows me to drill down into an opportunity to understand why a score is either lower or higher than I thought, enabling me to take appropriate steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use it on my phone very often because it's simply not as easy to access the various features that I use on my desktop.

Gong aggregates all my sales activity into one platform and summarizes the health of opportunities with a score, helping me focus my attention better and understand what actions to take.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been a big fan of Gong.io for a while now. The UI is super intuitive, recordings are crystal clear, and it’s really easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. You can tell they’re constantly improving the platform — new features roll out often, and they actually make the experience better, not more complicated. Support is also top-notch responsive, friendly, and helpful every time I’ve needed them. Overall, just an excellent tool that keeps getting better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Engage and forecasting parts still need some work, but overall the product functions well and has been a good fit for our process. It would also be helpful to have drop-in voicemails and a speed dialer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves several key challenges in sales; from forecasting accuracy to easily recalling key deal details. I use it daily to review calls, search transcripts, and quickly surface important information across accounts. It’s also great for sharing recordings with customers or teammates for follow-up and collaboration. The built-in AI is decent, though I sometimes get deeper insights when I run transcripts through other AI tools. Overall, it’s made my workflow more efficient and my forecasting much more reliable.
