What do you like best about the product?
The best part I like about Gong is the transcript section that auto detects the speech and generates the textual transcript
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the tool is already great. However if you can add the AI feature I discussed earlier that would be great

What do you like best about the product?
Gong can be used to make the most out of our work flow. To improve ourselves and also to share information to other peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the gong is very useful and I didn't find anything to dislike

What do you like best about the product?
I can see how much I've talked in a meeting. When I review and see I've talked more than my client, I know how to reapproach the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have a way to have gong join the call silently. Sometimes the lag in announcing it's being recorded is jarring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a note taker for me so I don't have to spend time taking notes and deterring from the convo at hand.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the public library where you can listen to various calls under a specific topic/ category which had helped me get more insights and new ideas to discuss these with my advertisors
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have the calls uploaded on gong within a couple of hours and it is difficult sometimes to your calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing of G2 is its simplest interface. They are less demanding in reviews. They process reviews with reasonable criteria of approval. They provide good glimpses of user experiences to their vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to review basic call behaviors within sales calls. I also like the ease of navigating deals and accounts. Overall, it makes giving feedback to reps efficient and easy. It also is a great tool to share calls across the entire org.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally Gong doesn't record calls/videos automatically and it can make keeping up with an account challenging. Some reps do not take actual notes because of their reliance on this tool as a reference post meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong functioned as the go-to tool for Sales Coaching and for meeting notes. It is a great reference point for preparing for second meetings as we regularly used Gong to review discovery calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Very User-Friendly that is easy to pick up and use. Also the ability to customize to suit our needs is also a HUGE plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky to dealing with their Support team because everything is through email so it makes the dialogue tough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped make our New Hire Onboarding much more streamlined by having a Library of calls that new sales reps have access to. Getting both good and bad calls helps our training immensly

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly Interface and easy to analyse calls, feedbacks and areas of improvements. I really admire the feature to access call the calls in the history.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thaink the time that tool takes to update the calls on the personal interface. if that is quick enough it will really help us to act on the improvements more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong tool is really a helping tool to analyse the calls and seek feedback on the good and bad calls that are often helping me to continue with the best practices and scale up in the areas of improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing is we can listen to our own calls and rectify our own mistakes. We can even listen to our colleuges calls and do the share the best practices with the entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing to dislike about Gong. It is a very useful tool for beginners who joined the company recently to listen to the best calls taken by the best performers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rectifying our own mistakes and improve our conversation skills. The tool helps us to listen to calls of our best employees best practices and to improve our skills aswell.
