Great for call recordings and review summary
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use when it comes to getting the summary of the recordings of our Sales Representatives. It is very useful to search and narrow the needed recordings. I frequently use it - which I may say is user friendly - to listen to the calls and may it be from the website itself or through the integration with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing that I like or maybe I have not gotten the full access but from the time that I used it - all is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily filter out the conversation of our sales representative which minimize the time since the transcript is available and can easily track it in Salesforce.

It provides recap of each call and create a follow up email for you.

None that I can think of now. So far, everything works great.

Call analysis based on relevant industry KPI's is unmatched. I can figure out exactly where my gaps are compared to top sellers to properly address them in personal development.

Quickly find information from Accounts within the business without asking internal people
Gong is key to efficiency and offers complete transparency into your accounts.
What do you like best about the product?
It reduces the heavy lift of notetaking, accurate follow ups, and allows for quick hit insights for relevant information. Provides the ability to transfer knowledge internally and get relevant teams up to speed in a matter of minutes. The briefs and AI prompts are great for finding what you need and the ability to click into those to take you directly to the time the information was shared. It drives efficiency and minimizes mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to report. The navigation at times isn't as simplistic as I'd like. I'm lazy and would love to see advanced automation where the call briefs/action oriented follow ups sent directly to my inbox after calls. It'd be cool to add executive roles and stakeholders to an account in Gong who could receive a weekly/monthly recap of the activity on the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proactive account outreach. Internal knowledge transfer to our leadership and CX teams for understanding our customers business priorities, feature enhancements, and for account transitions. Organizational benefits for email responses and key action items to follow up on with customers. Huge for EBR preparation as well.
Streamlined Sales Calls and Insights with Gong
What do you like best about the product?
I find Gong invaluable for managing my sales pipeline and as a notetaker for calls, as it has significantly changed my life by saving me a lot of time. It records and uploads meeting notes to Salesforce automatically, freeing me from note-taking. This allows me to focus better on assessing conversations, knowing Gong handles note-taking. Gong offers features the previous platform lacked, such as robust call note-taking and advanced AI capabilities. Setting it up was easy, with helpful team support. I appreciate the insights Gong generates, helping us understand buyer intent and improve our sales forecast. The meeting notetaker and AI search for pipeline queries are essential features for me. Its ease of use and connectivity with other platforms make it a tool I'd buy again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I would change anything. But I do think that sometimes the notes could provide better insights.

I use Gong to manage my sales pipeline, saving time on note-taking by automatically recording calls and uploading notes to Salesforce, which enhances my focus and generates better insights for forecasting.

The platform is super user friendly and easy to navigate. It provided very detailed information and make my day to day so much easier and keeps my work super organized.

I wish there was live transcriptions for phone calls almost like subtitles for calls.

Rapid Onboarding and Engaged Customer Interactions
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Gong's pipeline tracking. It allows me to quickly set up and understand pipeline status effortlessly. I find watching recordings of other people's calls invaluable for fast onboarding and understanding customer challenges. I love how Gong lets me engage with customers without worrying about taking notes. I can rely on Gong for detailed notes post-calls, ensuring I always give my best to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love if there was some kind of integration with ChatGPT that made it a little quicker to go through the process that I currently have.

I use Gong to ramp up quickly, analyze calls effectively, and engage more with customers without taking notes, enhancing my sales performance.

Lots of Hype with Little To Show For It
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great question. I'm not sure what I like about Gong the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding is done by an outsourced vendor who does not take the initiative to make sure you are successful. Tickets takes weeks to get resolved. CS was supposed to schedule an onboarding call but hasn't done it yet and the AE has never followed up. Gong BARELY has any AI features. We export all of our calls to Clay and have them run AI against the calls. I wish I tried a new vendor such as attention.tech.
