Educational and user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Being in a very meeting-heavy role, Gong has been a valuable time saver for me and has assisted me in providing better service to my customers. Every meeting on my calender is recorded on Gong and I often use the transcriptions as my main source of key notes. Additionally, I use the recordings to share vital pieces of training with my customers, which allows me to spend less time re-training and more time working to better serve them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had never worked for a company that used a recording service like Gong so initially I thought it was a big of a "big brother" move. After seeing how it really works and learning I have access to view who is watching my Gongs it eased those fears and the benefits majorly outweighed them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My role is very meeting heavy, and I have a lot of action items come out of each meeting. I also do a lot of trainings via zoom. Gond has helped solve the problem of needing to take notes during meetings or not rememebring key takeaways, and I am able to share recordings of my trainings instead of re-training.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a CSM and having my calls recorded and available is incredibly helpful for review and call-backs especially.
Additional functions like call scoring for longest monologue, customer story, patience, etc... is also very helpful for getting a gauge of how the meetings are going and where I have room for improvement.

A MUST NEED tool for your Tech Stack!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been extremely helpful in helping me improve my talk track. I have been able to listen back to calls, receive feedback from my managers/peers, and implement that on future calls. Gong has also been extremely helpful in training purposes. Listening in on Senior rep calls and learning from their demos and experiences has been a lifesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside yet! I use Gong daily and love using filters to make accessibility easier.

Extra training opportunities. It provides a source for self-learning and improving current skills.
The easiest way to get manager feedback and scale learnings across the team
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can request feedback from my manager about specific parts of the call, and they don't have to change their schedule around to join the call. I also like that if I have a win or fail, I can share a snippet with the team and share learnings + best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) I don't like that I can't edit the titles of my calls unless I click into the actual call. It would be great to edit titles from the Home page.
2) I don't like that I have to give individual users access to each call. For example, if I want to share a snippet with a team of 30, I have to add email address indiviudally, which is very tedius.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managers don't have time to shadow all of our calls, but with Gong, they can coach us at their covenience.
Great product, very useful
What do you like best about the product?
It sends the recording of the meeting to me on an email as a reminder which helps me with actioning the follow-up items of every service review I do with my customers. It helps me stay on track when I have multiple customer meetings per day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything major, I'm sure the AI will get better and better as time goes on, that's the main priority.

It records all my meetings so I don't forget to do so. It also helps remind me what action items I still have to do using the tasks feature.

Gong makes it easy to follow up on items that need attention following a call. Also, it is great to listen to what was said and not ask someone repeat questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick one thing I dislike, it would be having to scroll through all the calls to get back to the one I'm looking for.

Gong analyzes calls and reminds you to slow down and listen while encouraging you to get the callee involved in the conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is fantastic - while we cost justified the initial investment as a coaching tool for sales leadership, the use cases have evolved far beyond into activity accountability, notetaking, pipeline management, forecasting, and most importantly, market research. For any software sales organization looking to glean market intelligence by directly hearing from the literal voice of the customer, Gong is the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides - it's a great platform. My only regret is that we didn't buy it sooner since the analytics pieces get better as it continues to capture more conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes it so our sales leadership team can divide & conquer in, across, and external to our organization. No one can be everywhere at once, but with Gong, we're pretty close.
Outstanding search and transcript information, along with friendly "action item" reminders
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to search for topics of interest and cut snippets of the recordings so you can quickly review items. I also love the fact that it "keeps you honest" by reminding the participant of action items they said they would take.
What do you dislike about the product?
That Gong isn't a public company yet, I want to buy some stocks!

It allows us to keep track of relevant conversations and ensures that agreed upon action items aren't forgotten.
