Gong is a Commodity for any Company
What do you like best about the product?
I'm unsure how I would do business without call recording and transcription from Gong. The ability to go back and review my prospect and customer conversations is instrumental to timely and accurate follow-up.
I use Gong, not only to review my performance on calls, but to take notes, review the transcript, and ensure I respond to all of my customers questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be clunky sometimes. I feel like I can't always quickly find my call or look at previous calls with a customer. There are a few extra clicks involved than I would prefer.
Another minor annoyance is that I can't easily change the name of an account/deal and so it'll populate as it came in through our CRM vs. the actual name of the opportunity.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving my ability to be a thorough and accurate Account Execeutive. Without the service, I would have a hard time keeping on top of my customer questions -- particularly in my field, as sales and solutioning is a complex process.

I like how Gong captures the essence of the call. The features makes it easier for me to sort my calls

I feel Gong is a great tool, very easy to navigate. There is nothing that I don't like about it

It helps me review my calls and also cross-refer my needs assessment.
Audio and Functionalities, Awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
Precise audio and real-time feedback. The process is smooth unlike old fashioned apps that is not user friendly and is hard to navigate.

None so far, just a few more improvements and its almost a perfect tool

Audio precision and instant reply and feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to pay attention during calls without taking extensive notes, so I can really listen to my customers. I love using Gong to refresh my memory before my next call, and I also love the Take Note feature, so I can house my notes and the call in the same place. Really helps with my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Truly a great tool that allows me to take my Customer Success to the next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving my note-taking and memory issues by recording and transcribing my calls. It also allows me to search for key words, which is a game changer when trying to find something discussed in previous calls. Additionally, the AI function is amazing when you are looking to summarize something specific on the call.

that calls get deleted after a while, it would be better if calls were not deleted

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong shows the breakdown of who is speaking on calls. It's critical to analyze who is doing most of the talking. I like that I can review important topics from calls and verify what was said vs what I thought I heard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we'll have internal talk/banter at the beginning I wish we could edit out. When we know "notetaker" is on it makes us less likely to casually chit chat, and I don't love that.

Helping us realize we need to do less talking and more listening.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use. Easy to facilitate to new learners. I appreciate the ability to create lists to store specific calls for upcoming training. Compared to Impact 360, this tool requires fewer clicks and does not error.

I do wish evry call was captured and recorded like with IMPACT 360

There's nothing I don't like. I don't think I use it to its fullest potential, but I use it daily to review action items. Being a CSM on back-to-back calls, Gong has saved my life

Gong keeps me on task and helps me improve my messaging and delivery. It's straightforward (just one click) to send recorded Demos to prospects and clients externally.

No downside to using Gong. It's easy to use and so far it has helped my sales process considerably.

Gong keeps me on task with reminders and I'm also able to review my calls and identify areas where i can improve my delivery and messaging.
