Great Call Analysis

What do you like best about the product?
I love the outline feature and the AI integration. Helps me find what I need faster without reading the whole transcript
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easier to search for specific calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us remember crucial parts of essential conversations - it allows us not to go back and forth for information because someone forgot something or did not take good notes. It also allowed my manager to go back and listen to my calls and give me feedback. This was crucial since we are fully remote, and this was my first sales job.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredible for coaching and sales. This is very helpful as it allows us to improve as sellers and it's also very helpful for follow ups

Translations but nothing else, as it's very helpful

What do you like best about the product?
* You can share calls in your org and with customers. You can select the whole call or just snippets. It's easy to email from Gong
* Amazing search functionality - search by people at your org., at your customer's org., or even by key phrases (oh and it pulls in emails too!!)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the time-out period was a bit longer but that could be a setting on my side.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to listen to calls in fast forward and still glean insights from the conversation with customers and prospects. The ability to provide BDRs and AEs with scorecards and coaching feedback. The ability to track key words across various conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a better way to know who is speaking when a video goes to presentation mode and I lose the people view.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is incredibly versatile and has a user-friendly interface, I did notice that it does not fully integrate with Salesforce. This could be seen as a downside for some businesses that rely heavily on Salesforce as their primary CRM tool. However, this is a minor issue that does not detract from the platform's overall effectiveness.

In my opinion, Gong has the potential to be a one-stop-shop for sales activity tracking, provided it integrates fully with all sales tools and not just gong-related calls. This would make it an even more powerful tool, as it would allow sales teams to monitor and analyze all of their activity in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
As a product manager, it's important to hear directly from the customer. Gong allows me to consume large amounts of unfiltered customer feedback without being on every call. It's an invaluable tool for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes, but I'm primarily a consumer of the content and do very little to manage the application.

Ability to gather large amounts of customer feedback/sentiment without joining every call.

Lots of data, easily accessible. Video/Audio/Transcripts. Instantaneous Feedback.

Maybe a steep learning curve. Takes time to learn all its capabilities.

Hesitant at first, but so impressed!

What do you like best about the product?
Our team was introduced to Gong at the end of last year. I didn't know a ton about it but after having it on a few customer calls, I am SO IMPRESSED! I can now be fully present in my calls because Gong records the video, writes up the transcript and delivers action items to my CRM automatically. I like seeing my talk ratio on calls and having the ability to send part of the call to other users. For client-owned meetings, I have to be diligent about keeping my notes and action items manually; it makes me sad Gong couldn't be part of that call because Gong is a more reliable note-taker!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides. Occasionally it isn't connected to my hosted calls, but our Gong admin is quick to respond and troubleshoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows our Strategic Relationship Manager (Customer Success) to have success calls with customers and focus on our key areas of strategy (which we can now track). It also allows us to be more present in calls which is something you can't quantify but it's such a gift and load off our busy plates.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to sift through a call and find the sound bite I am looking for seamlessly. Gong is really great on the analytics side of calls and detecting what is being said. The search functionality is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics in regard to deals I do not find insightful. I am unsure how Gong is plugged into our CRM, but the deals side that Gong sets forth within emails is wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me by returning to recordings that need attention and finding information that was said on a prior call within seconds. It does a great job of finding information fast.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong automatically records & transcribes calls. It's great to know that you can talk with a prospect or client and not worry about notating everything a client says because you can always go back and listen. It's excellent for giving and receiving feedback on your phone skills. I also love that it makes it easy to send a call recording to a colleague to catch them up to speed on what's happening with a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like finding calls can be difficult in Gong. The search bar doesn't always pull up the right call, and the search filters can be clunky. Once you learn how to find things in Gong it's not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping with coaching reps on their conversation skills. It is becoming a system of record for all phone conversations reps have within the organization.
