Game-changer for GTM
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and impactful across the GTM team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be tough with clients in data privacy-sensitive industries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps remove a lot of the speculation about what is working and what isn't in the GTM motion. Also, it is really helpful to play back sales calls before hopping back on with clients.
Great for annotating and verifying details of a call
What do you like best about the product?
As an SDR, gong is great for annotating and verifying details of a call. It's also great to share with a colleague who will be joining the next call. Instead of reading my notes, they can listen for context. It is also great for reviewing your colleagues call when you pass a deal to them and you want insight into how the conversation progressed. Passing a deal over without providing a gong recording feels unnatural.
What do you dislike about the product?
The style and layout of the history/ timeline section of calls/ conversations. It's confusing and hard to navigate. Make more simple with rows and columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcribing notes and providing handover context to the account executive.

you can request feedback for your calls directly on the platform, by sending the call directly to a quality analist or a TL

the translation to words sometimes is not accurate, which may difficult the job of reviewing calls

I get feedback for my calls and I get the chance of listening to them again and see the points where I can improve
Life saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Gong, I'm able to reference back team calls easily. The transcript option is my favorite. If there is something in an hour call that I need to listen into, I just type in that word, and I'm able to see at a glance all of the places where that word is mentioned in a conversation. I also use Gong to listen back to my own calls to help improve my presentation skills. I love that Gong gives a percentage of talking vs listening. It's helped me cut down my chat time, and give more time to my customer to tell me their story.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the search feature would quickly search for key words when typing the word and clicking enter. Instead, I have to take the time to click "key word in transcript" or "call titles". It will always search for an account first; sometimes, I want to look for words vs accounts. Other than that, I love everything about Gong!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes me aware of my speaking percentage, and has helped me slow down, and allowing my customers to speak more. It also has eliminated the amount of notes I have to type out when on a call, since I receive an email after every call with all my follow ups needed.

Easy to use and has everything there at your finger tips. Seemless integrations

Sometimes it is hard to know why its not joining certain people's calls.

Ease of use, being able to search quickly for previous calls, tracking certain words, phrases or topics, recalling information from a previous meeting, sending snippets of conversations to colleagues or customers
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing I dislike at this time. I know that Gong is capable of so much more than I am using it for, and I have barely scratched the surface. So far, everything is fantastic and I'm a huge fan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I speak with several different customers a day, and it's so nice to know that if I missed something I can go back to the conversation and refresh my memory - or send a recording to other customers who were not able to attend the meeting but need to be involved. It also helps me ensure that I am asking the right questions, allowing them ample amount of time to speak, etc...
Critical Call Data for Your Revenue Generating Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great tool that helps me manage multiple deals, keeping them from falling between the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the features I love are in beta, but I'm ready for their full release as i'm using them almost every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to track deals and essential calls in one single solution. It also helps me forecast and manage my pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to go back and review my calls in detail is extremely helpful. Instead of asking a customer to repeat themselves or send me follow-up screenshots/videos, I can have all that automatically saved for reference. Due to this, I can focus directly on my customer's needs in the moment, have a human conversation, and easily share critical information with cross-functional resources for easy digestion/activation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - Gong is a fantastic tool for any customer-facing role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is extremely multi-faceted and I continue to find new and improved ways of learning how to add more value to my calls via this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how gong analyzes the time you spend talking vs. the customer or prospect. Transcribing the recorded call is helpful when referring back to each client's specific needs and helps me cater our offerings to fit their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to pinpoint a call I'd like to listen to from another team member when searching for keywords, but that's mainly because we have product names that can cover a variety of industries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping keep track of how long someone is in the pipeline, helping move deals through the funnel quicker and refer back to when discussing what goals are most pressing for prospects and new clients.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales engineer, I can review recorded calls that took place before I meet the prospect. This application also syncs with HubSpot. The value is fantastic and a powerful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. Maybe a little the fact that I cannot review a listing of all interactions with a prospect in a more digestible format. But really, that's not a deal breaker by any means.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an easy-to-use tool to navigate all prospect interactions. Also, I don't have to remind my colleagues to save the recording on an easy-to-access location; Gong does it automatically.
