Great tool to identify who talked and when - really makes finding the snippet a quick process

What do you like best about the product?
Call quality and connectivity is not affected as the call is recorded. Having a visual diagram of who spoke is great if you want to skim the most important sections. Being able to copy the URL with the correct timestamp so your boss, etc. can view the snippet you care about is a helpful shortcut. In general, recording calls is beneficial for the team to understand sentiment, especially in a sales environment. No more playing telephone internally
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription is good, but it is one area to improve. Maybe you could add a translator module, so I can type my name and the system recognizes the correct term the speaker is using. Basically, I want "find & replace" for audio that is based on user input either beforehand or after wards. It would be very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of playing telephone and having the salesmen try to articulate exact sentiment of each individual on the call, you get the real experience of listening to the call and seeing their faces. The ability to quickly scan through the parts where the most important speaker talked has saved me lots of time when trying to find right pricing or determine churn risk for calls I did not attend

The product needs more consistency,it feels like they are still ramping up the product capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Really enjoyed the interface and the integration with the other tools we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only used it for a couple weeks and I had no complaints. The reason we ended up switching was due to pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong was great at analyzing our calls to ensure we were saying the right things and taking the time to listen to prospects. The information that Gong is able to give to organizations is extremely valuable.

What do you dislike about the product?
Something that I'd like to see more information about is creating folders for teams and easily be able to add and remove gong calls to the folders.

Best feature is conversation visibility

What do you like best about the product?
The greatest feature is the visibility of my old calls and the ability for them to be coached. An underrated feature is that I can look up convos I wasn't a part of and be able to listen in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure about things I genuinely dislike as of now. I haven't been using the platform for very long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving the ability to have accountable and trackable conversations that allows me to focus on a prospect at the moment and not worry about jotting notes.

captures my call right from zoom, analyzes my call, and provides high-level analytics behind it enabling me to review and have my manager as well review and provide feedback

What do you like best about the product?
Super helpful in terms of tracking and recording calls, but the insights into the talk tracks, timing, tips, etc. are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't really had a negative experience with anything Gong yet outside of their update that froze the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping our team analyze and improve on our calls and talk tracks.

Gong Provides Everything A Salesperson Needs

What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong daily to review my calls, search for keywords, confirm who was on the call & their role, and then provide my client with a link to their demo call that they can review with people unable to make the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negatives to share about Gong, it meets my specific requirements and I leverage it daily to enhance the way I work with my clientele. Keep on doing what you're doing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing an accurate recording of the demo call, since they're very technical and have a ton of detail along with questions/answers that are super important to both my company and our clients. I can share quickly and determine how long they have access to the recording.

Gong is amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to "shadow" Gong calls as a new employee; it provides an asynchronous way to get customer interaction without having to book meetings.
It's also great to follow up on calls where I missed notes and would like a recap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant. The UI is easy to navigate. The calls are displayed nicely and I love being able to follow along with the transcript. I've never had connectivity issues when using Gong, which is nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to ramp up in my new role at a company. It also allows me to rewatch calls to capture notes that I might've missed during my call with the customer.

Gong as an onboarding tool

What do you like best about the product?
Bringing on new staff is a constant at growing companies. Ensuring that each new resource has a great onboarding experience is critical to both the employee and the company. We have made Gong a vital part of this process. We maintain a folder of Gong calls that are required viewing for each new seller. These calls are the most compelling examples of explaining what our company does and what value our products provide. Feedback from our new staff has been excellent. It is so much more effective than reading documentation and decks. Onboarding assistance is just one example of the many use cases Gong supports for us. But given the importance of reducing ramp time for new hires, Gong has made a difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not discovered anything specific that we dislike about Gong. Like anything, getting value from Gong requires effort from sales leadership and sellers. You must be committed to implementing Gong and making it a core part of your sales transformation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps reduce sales ramp time, which benefits us by shortening the time to seller productivity. Gong facilitates sales coaching, which benefits us by upskilling sellers in a practical manner.
