What do you like best about the product?
it keeps records and recordings of all my calls with the customers, and the transcripts and analytics of the calls are available as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes over 1 day for the call recording to pop up and be available to listen to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can listen to my calls with the clients and analyze it

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate, searchable transcripts. Helpful AI summaries. Easy sharing internally and externally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to analyze calls in bulk. Would love for the AI functionality to extend beyond just summarizing individual calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super important for customer research, reviewing Sales calls, capturing testiminoial calls for case studies, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the call summaries that highlight what was discussed and action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is still figuring out how to translate audio and often times makes mistakes - especially with acronyms or specific software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of follow up notes from client calls so if i'm paying attention to the client and don't write down every single thing, I know that Gong will pick it up in the notes.

Seamless notetaking and recording of the call - ability to review highlights, to dos and the entire script
What do you dislike about the product?
Sent emails do not integrate - since I use a CRM that syncs my email, it would allow me to see the entire picture of what I shared with a client.
The AI search is not great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping me see the full picture of a client's life cycle. I can track their asks and to dos for followup to make any following interaction more meaningful.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been transformational for our revenue organization. We’ve moved from fragmented spreadsheet workflows to AI-enabled strategy using Deal Boards and AI Briefs, which has improved forecast confidence and alignment across sales, success, and enablement teams.

The bi-directional CRM sync has significantly improved data hygiene with fewer gaps and more trust in the pipeline. We’ve also embedded Gong recommendations directly into manager packets, which has elevated frontline coaching. Outliers are improving, and leaders have clearer visibility into deal risks and coaching moments.

This clarity has empowered enablement to build better programs around what reps and managers actually need, especially in renewal and expansion motions. The increase in scorecard reviews, from fewer than 150 annually to 10 per week per manager is a testament to the cultural shift Gong has helped drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the Account AI feature is strong at the individual account or deal level, Gong’s ability to surface and proactively notify insights across accounts is still limited and somewhat surface level.

Crucial enablement workflows, like spotting competitive trends or scaling coaching best practices, still require too much manual digging (pulling vs. pushing). I’m confident you’ll get there, but this is a gap today for teams looking to operationalize insights at scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping us solve several key challenges across forecasting, deal execution, coaching, and enablement alignment.

Forecast Confidence: By centralizing deal activity in Deal Boards and AI Briefs, we’ve moved away from inconsistent rep notes and spreadsheets. This gives sales leaders a reliable, real-time view into pipeline health and deal progression, improving forecast accuracy and reducing surprises.

Manager Coaching Consistency: Gong has embedded coaching into the manager workflow. Scorecard reviews have gone from a once-in-a-while activity to a weekly habit, enabling better performance conversations and faster ramp times.

Data Hygiene: Bi-directional CRM sync ensures updates made in Gong reflect in Salesforce and vice versa. This creates cleaner data for downstream teams and more accurate reporting.

Enablement Impact: Because we can see common objections, messaging gaps, and renewal risks across accounts, enablement is now building training programs based on real trends—not assumptions. Gong helps us prioritize the right content and coaching moments.

Time Savings and Scalability: Gong saves us hours each week on call reviews, pipeline inspection, and rep shadowing. That time gets reinvested into strategic activities like coaching, planning, and targeted enablement.

In short, Gong has made our revenue team more aligned, more efficient, and more strategic.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an extremely powerful tool for tracking and analyzing customer interactions. The automatic call transcription is accurate and saves a lot of time, while also allowing you to easily search for keywords. The conversation insights help identify best practices within the sales team as well as individual areas for improvement.”
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is a robust platform, Gong.io could still improve in some areas. The dashboard contains a lot of information, but it is not always intuitive for new users — the learning curve can be somewhat steep

It concentrates practically all the information necessary to continue a first meeting

What do you like best about the product?
Its a great tool for sales teams. And is of great help for the product marketing team. It acts as a perfect bridge for teams to ensure success as both the teams are very codependent on each other for success. In sales ennoblement space its one of the best softwares

Its expensive thus it gets difficult to justify the cost sometimes to the management

Its a great tool to evaluate and monitor your sales teams performance. We use it for Sales enablement, understanding voice of customer , identify gaps in selling process and evaluate weekly performance of the revenue team.
