Great tool for sales professionals

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to use, easy to integrate, and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customers do not want it, and this feels like a big step back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main use case is taking notes to capture valuable information, the second is sales coaching, gong can give feedback, as well as we share some meeting moment with the team as an example of difficult questions, and brainstorm what would be the best way to react here.

Easy UI and valuable insights.
You can understand sales cadence and missed opportunities in a sales cycle and identify points of failure
What do you dislike about the product?
It has to be set up right to be succesful and that means integrating with the right tools. A necessary piece of work

Gong identified where deal could go awry.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, no complaints here. I love the actionable insights, sales advice/takeaways, and ability to send snippets. Employee UI is amazing! I use Gong every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
(of course it takes a second for AI to learn) but AI capabilities could improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-remembering pain / client's use cases
-I use transcripts and the actionable takeaways everyday.
-sending recordings of our calls / product for "demos"

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a really helpful way to have notes taken for you during a call so that you can focus on listening and participating in the call instead of spending your time jotting down every note. Not only is the call recorded so that you can go back and review anything you may have missed, Gong also will send a follow up email after your call with the key points as well as a generated list of next step action items, which is so helpful for sending follow ups to clients after calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong has another virtual "member" join the call as a notetaker, unlike Gemini, which may be a bit confusing to clients at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity, note taking, insights on how I participate during calls

Easy to onboard and start benefitting from metrics & insights quickly

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was smooth, with a dedicated Pro Team member available to guide me and answer any questions. The Customer Success Manager is also accessible to review account setup and provide best practice recommendations. After setup, syncing with the CRM is seamless, which saves the team both time and frustration. The dashboards in Forecast are visually impressive and can be customized for different time periods, as well as for team or individual views.

What I appreciate most is that Gong provides a wide range of on-demand trainings, online guides, and a comprehensive Knowledge Base, making it easy for admins to navigate setup independently. Monthly webinars help keep users updated on new product features, and the user interface is intuitive, making it straightforward to create deal boards and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Gong offered more filtering options when searching through conversations, and I would also like to see the ability to set custom timeframes in the dashboard filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is supporting our team in following the sales playbook, while also assisting managers in reviewing and keeping the pipeline organized. This helps ensure that our forecasts to the Executive Team are accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use, the customer support is impeccable. Implementation of AI is also nice and the number of features it has to track calls, interactions, and integration of AI is improving each update.
What do you dislike about the product?
My frequency of usage is every day and sometimes it is laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me know the account health of my clients through it's AI aspect in seconds and I can also see the interactions that my client has via email or calls and they summarize it effciently.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about it how it shows every detail of the contact when you open it
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes does not laod for me but it can be my ISP too

We don't need seperate crm, we don't need video conferencing tool, we don't need recorder, we don't need AI assistant as all of them are provided by Gong and much more

Amazing tool for training and record keeping

What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong daily. It has a great user interface, quite intuitive and nice to look at which is always a plus! I love how it records everything with a detailed transcript and quickly highlights the parts of a demo/conversation that are most important.

Customer support is amazing, always super responsive and helpful folks!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only quirk really is that every now and then some calls are not captured/recorded. I've waited up to 48 hours but they never really appear in Gong. It's very rare though.

But as stated before customer support is great and some of the times they have retrieved calls that maybe didn't appear in the records at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has been a game-changer for me. I mainly use it to learn from my own calls and listen to my peers so I can continuously sharpen my sales skills. It also helps me keep a much more detailed record of conversations, which means I never miss important context when following up. Overall, it’s helping me ramp faster, have smarter conversations, and get better results.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and practical Gong is—it's like having an extra set of hands for sales with a bonus insider track for sales enablement. The AI's ability to capture, analyze, and surface insights from calls and emails is a game-changer. The Ask Anything tool and customizable Deal Briefs make it easier to keep track of opportunities and identify risk areas. The integrations with Salesforce and Outlook mean everything is synced.

The support from Gong has also been fantastic. Ben is a true strategic partner. Simon and Nathan were incredibly helpful in getting things set up and answering questions. They all take the time to make sure we’re using Gong to its full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about using Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong breaks down silos, providing access in one easy-to-use space. We're giving Sales and Professional Service time back through customized discovery call and account briefs. Reducing, and sometimes eliminating, the need for hand-off calls.
