What do you like best about the product?
ease of usage. I like how provides tasks after a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could control which client calls are recorded vs just note taking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think from a historical perspective this allows me to review previous notes and track tasks. Gong makes it so easy to follow up.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about gong is the user friendly nature of the software. You treat Gong as a participant in your meetings and it just sits there to take your notes. You don't need to worry about doing it yourself and can concentrate on your meeting instead of jotting down notes. The meetings are recorded and if you missed anything, you can go back and review it. The integration with AI allows you to search the conversations with each client and review /prep for you future calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong has the tendency to interrupt in the first 10-15s of a meeting to let the client know it will be recording the call. This usually happens when someone starts speaking and interrupts the conversation. It would be best to alert right when Gong appears instead of when someone starts talking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to have an opened conversation without missing any information. Since everything is recorded and summarized, we can go over the notes at the end and ensure everything was captured.

why gong is a level up for your calls

What do you like best about the product?
For me personally the best feature on gong for me is the summary. I love to use it and it saved my ass so many times. For example when I have a follow up call with a customer and I forgot to take nots on the first call, I can just go into my gong look for the call that is related to this customer and quickly get a summary of the call and all the key informations in just a few seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is, that it sometimes is really buggy. For example sometimes my calls that where held that day or the day before are not in my overview, there are just not there as if they never happened. If I open Gong a few days later most of them will appear. But yeah that is basically the only thing that should be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to summarize my calls without any extra effort + it helps me to improve my skills with sharing my recordings with others who can then give me advice

Never Lose Track of a Conversation Again

What do you like best about the product?
Gong’s AI notetaking has been a game-changer for me. With several external calls a day, it’s easy to lose track of what was said, but having every call recorded and transcribed means I can always go back and reference the details. The search functionality makes it simple to find exactly the part of a conversation I need, and I love being able to share snippets with internal teams for product feedback. It also makes it easy to send call recordings to clients when they want to revisit a discussion. Overall, it saves me time, keeps me organized, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be tricky to ensure the recording joins when the call is initiated by the client, especially if the meeting is on Teams versus Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
•Memory overload from multiple calls: With several external calls a day, it’s easy to forget details. Gong records and transcribes everything so nothing gets lost.

•Difficulty referencing past conversations: Instead of digging through notes or trying to remember, you can quickly search transcripts and replay specific sections.

•Sharing information efficiently: You can send snippets or full recordings to internal teams for product feedback, or to clients who want to revisit a discussion.

•Staying organized across projects and clients: Gong acts as a single source of truth for call history, making follow-ups and context much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to focus on the conversation, not typing. I am able to be and remain engaged throughout the entirety of any and all sales conversations I'm a part of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take a bit to give the analysis but that is an hour at most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes it easy to determine top priorities for the customer be reiterating what they've said.
