Very Relevant Software

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to share calls internally is invaluable. Our engineering team can hear exactly what a customer says and provide a relevant recommendation based on their problems. Not having to play telephone is great.

I also like being able to listen to myself and pick up filler words and phrasing. It helps me hone my sales skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Keywords feature on Gong isn't yet where it needs to be. This is likely due to limited AI data, so I suspect it will get better over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving having to take extensive notes and is allowing me to be an active listener on customer calls. This is letting me be more engaged with customers and have better outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely helpful to improve your cold-calling skills, and review meetings. Makes very easy to check your metrics, receive feedback from your leaders, and so on
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes searching for a lead is not so easy. You must exactly match a string like "COMPANY NAME - LEAD NAME". If not, sometimes you'll not find your lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes easier to remember what is essential about a call. With the metrics logged, you quickly understand what you need to improve.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Anytime access & exhaustive resources available to build & share.
2. Call Analysis in dissection in detail & ready scripts avaialble.
3. Jump to a section of the call to listen & review, learn and enhance call efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Perhaps, the accessibility to calls could be real-time, rather than waiting a couple of hours to gain access & listen to it. Also, the name of the recording does not show on all the calls. Some of the calls reflect as "Unknown."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Readily available calls for review & response to clients.
2. Missing discussion points in calls could be reviewed & actioned after the call.
3. Gong helps review Team members' calls & take corrective action for quality & compliance.
4. Users are able to listen to their own calls & are able to improve on their quality of call flow & compliance.

Alright product (when it works)

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to go back and review conversations with clients and be able to take more accurate notes than you would be able to take while the conversation is happening. It also allows you to be more engaged in your calls, making your clients feel like your full attention is on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time, the meetings are just not recorded, even if you follow all instructions, such as creating the meeting 30 minutes before and having it set to public on your calendar. There could be better integration with zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to take better notes and focus more on the conversation with the client. It allows me to easily revisit calls and familiarize myself with clients I may be taking over in terms of account management.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the transcript functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a call is on a different language, it is not possible to retrieve key words.

Gong allows me to review ahead all calls from the sales cycle before taking over a client.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a plug in that automatically joins calls and records them for you so you do not have to take notes yourself. It connects to Google Meet, Zoom, and I believe even Teams. It is able to breakdown conversations to give reps an understanding of deal likelihood and help forecast. It has a ton of power.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real outliers of things that I dislike about Gong. Sometimes it will send email notifications to your inbox about not letting a deal slip when you have just recently talked with your prospect, which can be a little bit of a nuisance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong brings transparency to pipeline reviews and puts it all out in the open. I don't have to worry about breaking down my pipeline and presenting on it to my leadership because Gong does it for me. On another note, I do not have to take notes during my calls to be able to record notes in SFDC. I can just go back and listen to the call and take notes from there as I update my notes in SFDC.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is really easy to use. It easily connects to Zoom, makes it easy to search the call for key moments, mentions of competitor names, and more. I also love the email they send me after the call that tells me what the follow-up items are. That is really cool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to review how much talking that I do compared to the customer. Chorus has this feature, and it was a great tool to help shape my conversations to be more balanced. I also wish the dashboard made it easier to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has been so helpful in terms of listening to my teammates' calls. I'm new at my company, and being able to find & watch their calls has helped me ramp up quickly. I also like that it's automated so I don't have to remember to record my calls. When I relied on Zoom in the past, I sometimes forgot to record calls that were important. Being able to search and view/listen to my colleagues' calls has been so helpful too.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong gives me visibility to everything I need to know. With only a few minutes, I can see what has been discussed, what and how the prospect / customer has to say, who the competitor mentions are - and even negative sentiments in emails. GREAT stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with training, I would love our Sr. Leaders to be more engaged with the tool. But we're getting there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
intelligence. The more we work with Gong to customize to our industry, term, and personas - the better the tool becomes.

What do you like best about the product?
The transcripts are great for being able to read and listen back to calls with customers. Even better is the "insights" section which can be somewhat tailored to specific things your industry/office/area is looking to get a glance at for calls and interactions. The trackers feature is also great for setting goals and self-improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcripts are not always 100% accurate, however, that isn't too much of an issue if you can understand what the person you're on the call with is saying and can get the gist while replaying the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the problem of having to take detailed notes each time I'm with a customer. It also takes out the inefficiency of trying to track multiple key points of a call with a customer as a person. The analytics that is built in does it for you and seems to be pretty accurate. It allows me and my colleagues to listen to calls, get an insight into talk ratio, key objectives we want to hit, the questions we are asking, etc. so that we can really hone in on our own development. It also allows for quick turn-around from a manager or trainer with feedback and commenting on specifics within a call.
