Great platform for understanding our sales
What do you like best about the product?
It is awesome to review our sales team's ability to provide powerful presentations and understand what the customer says and views
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not found a negative in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves our ability to understand how our sales and customer service teams answer actual customer questions and concerns.
Very useful overall. I have learnt so much from the recorded calls that others did.

Gong is the best assistant! I review my calls after each meeting; it's a great tool for zeroing in on deliverables.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a few hours for the meeting to download.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool to review all conversations had by other teammates with a customer before my meeting.
Amazing Tool to Review Calls and Learn from Colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
Gong continues to be very useful for me to access my past calls and learn from calls made by my colleagues. Reviewing a past call is really helpful too in advance of a follow up call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get a little frustrated using search feature to find certain calls or ones that touched on a certain subject.

Learning from seasoned colleagues and reviewing past calls

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to use. We have integrated Gong with other platforms within our organization for increased visibility. It is a great resource for the team and invaluable for training purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team is not using the full functionality of Gong so I cannot speak to downsides; it does what we need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows our team to review previous calls if necessary, allows managers to review calls for feedback and training purposes and allows us to create libraries of calls that can be used for new hire training purposes.

There are many features. It has too much going on. It's not a full-time use, it is just an assist. Streamline the features and just make them the most useful aspects.

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely helpful to be able to search Gong for previous client calls to bring myself up to speed prior to the next call. This is not only helpful for ongoing client engagement to remind myself of the goals, action items, and sentiment from previous calls but also for learning what is important for a client that is new to me. I can learn from past conversations that are not captured in our CRM. If I don't have time to listen to a full call, I can scan calls based on topics such as whether a presentation was shared or pricing was discussed. This is a huge time saver as I don't have to collaborate with the prior account team on these items and many times, the prior account reps may have left the organization. In addition, Gong has been my method of enablement. Internal marketing material can only go so far but hearing customer questions, concerns, and comments and then also hearing how they were addressed is invaluable! I honestly would feel it would be like losing a limb if Gong were removed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Search could be a little more intuitive. Sometimes I feel like I have to really focus on how I am searching in order to get the right results. It could just be me. Sometimes it's easy, sometimes search is just a bit off. Eventually I find what I'm looking for!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has allowed me to listen to my clients rather than focus on note-taking. I am now focusing on my client's needs and having better conversations rather than pausing to ensure I took the right notes. And when the call is completed, I have the transcript to ensure I did not misinterpret something.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall Gong is a great tool - I think what would be great is to have a smoother integration with Zoom. This way I can toggle Gong features within the Zoom call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping us solve the issue of remembering. We can now review past calls to retrieve information when needed, provide back up, and even use it as a training/coaching tool.
