Gong is really helpful

You can hone in on a particular speaker or look for key words.

What do you like best about the product?
Topic extraction is probably the best feature of Gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given the immense number of features om the platform it gets kind of difficult to understand them unless you spend some time figuring it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting calls, extracting the important information, record keeping purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to listen to a full deal cycle of a more experienced colleague and learn their mannerisms as they engage a prospect. Then being able to find points of the discussion by topic is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a big fan of the fact that I need an internet connection to listen. I wish I could download the entire call to my cell so that I can listen while walking in areas without cell coverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me with my speed to ramp to a full quota and be able to have in-depth technological discussions based on what I hear my remote teammates using in their calls.

It is helpful to me in understanding the areas of improvement. I could check where the critical performance metrics lie and what I need to do to improve my performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Gong is a great tool to provide proper feedback to sales teams. Not only that, but allows to segment on where to focus coaching (competitors, market, price, etc.). It's a tool that help enhance the sales team in many levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can improve in other languages. Also in getting synchronized the information that is added manually to the CRM.

Sales coaching - we can provide coaching in the areas that are needed

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can record our calls - It is very beneficial for remote work because sometimes we miss a few things here and there. I also love the transcribe module. It is like having captions while watching yourself
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if I can think of one yet, but one thing I wish was a feature is to upload videos without the whole company seeing it. I think it might be an option but I noticed I can only upload in the front page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going back to calls and seeing what I missed or need to re-visit in that work meeting. Another great option is being able to watch recordings in one place just in case I have to be out of office during the time.
Impressive Learning and Note-Taking Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been incredibly helpful to our sales team. We use it to record meetings for better note-taking and training. The transcript and speaker time breakdown have been wonderful tools for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally haven't found any downsides while using Gong. Besides mild confusion when interacting with the tool for the first time, it is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong enables better note-taking for our Account Executives and Sales Engineers, as well as increasing visibility for reps who were not on the call. This translates to Gong being a wonderful learning and training tool for new and existing employees to become confident in their selling process.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong lets me be a fly on a wall to hear what my customers are saying about us, what they love, and where they're facing issues. Setting up alerts as an advocacy pro makes it easy to get alerted when a customer is gushing over us to hit up an impromptu act of advocacy and find the next great testimonial.

Honestly, nothing really. Gong does what it says it will and does it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Voice of the customer. Gong is helping us to know what's going on with our customers and ensure that the wider organization has a way to listen in and gain insights from that voice.
More than just a library of calls
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super helpful in that it's not only a library for my company's calls, it also allows me to listen to them on the go. I rewatch demos/discos while I'm on the treadmill, listen to calls when I'm driving, and really love the feature where I can make playlists and save filters for the calls that best pertain to my needs. Gong also helps with personal improvement by providing me with an organized list of my own calls to review and emails me when meetings I've scheduled have gone off to make sure I can easily get my hands on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is that it often miswrites words in the audio-to-text feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped me ramp up in a new sales role to hear my own calls and reference others' to learn from. It helps me realize the average length of BDR's monologues on calls and to reference for my own. I also love that there is a way to search different topics I want to hear mentioned in calls to learn more about.
