What do you like best about the product?
my goal in using it is to listen to other people's calls. Gong make this experiment perfect. The selected features are amazing. I can review speaker by speaker, I can get lost and read the transcript, I can speed up. I can't think of something that would make my experience better
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, I can't say anything that is missing, or that is not satisfying. And I really mean that I would have given deeper feedback if I have it. Maybe that depends on my specific use case - I work with the sales team about how to improve their habits, and maybe other use cases need other features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So for my use case, if I wanted to listen to calls in different ways, I would need the sales team to manually record the meetings, then to upload them, and then watch them with an unsuitable player..
Great AI Video Recording Software
What do you like best about the product?
The transcript of the recordings is a great way to extract the important context of the call. I appreciate the option to highlight snippets to share with teammates and collaborate on my recordings with peers and managers. I also love how I'm able to create my own libraries of calls and watch through the app (improves work-life balance)
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the transcripts are sometimes a little off. I also think the highlighting feature could use more work where it's easier to do it within the call instead of having to use a pop-out window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The alternative would be using Zoom recordings and uploading them onto Drive, however, this isn't scalable. It's not sustainable either. Gong allows for collaboration with teammates, smart recording, and ease in terms of extracting meaning through calls (via transcript, topics, or skipping speakers)

I love being able to review others' calls so I can learn how to improve my own.
I love how the calls record next steps for you so that you can focus on the call as it's happening, rather than being distracted by taking your own notes.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only piece of feedback is that on call that was in both Spanish and English, the entire transcript was translated to Spanish. I would have loved an English translation as well.

If you are new to your company and are trying to learn the product or service, Gong makes it easy to search for any key term.

it's glitched and messed up a few calls that I have been on. I had to boot it out of the conversation

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it automatically joins the meetings to record them. I don't have to think about it, Gong just joins my meetings. I also like that it gives me insight into our conversations like talk time, response, and cadence. It breaks down what sort of topics you talked about like price or setting configuration broken down by timestamps to make it easy to find. The coolest part is it listens and transcribes so that it can remind me that I made promises during the meeting that I need to follow up on. Calls to action.

it joins the meeting first and there is sometimes dead air in the beginning before the meeting starts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deeper insight into our meetings with stats only a computer could calculate like average time to respond or longest customer story etc

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to find action items mentioned in sales calls. It makes it so much easier to follow up after talking with clients and I'm less worried about taking notes during our meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use the follow up notifications and sometimes Gong doesn't pick up on the fact that I've followed up.

What do you like best about the product?
Since using Gong, I have been blown away at the ability of their technology to go above and beyond just a reliable way to record conversations. The solution provides conversation intelligence through features like analytics, alerts, and even breaking down individual meetings to find important parts of the discussion. While I work in client development, the other big win has been for our CX and Product organizations to have access, too. Hearing feedback from customers and bringing it to their attention makes it easy to call out critical feedback and pass it along to them so they can be prepared or informed by feedback, directly from the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would say is an area of improvement is that if a customer/prospect sends somebody at your company a meeting invite, you'll need to FWD the meeting invite to assist@gong.io to have the meeting recorded. It would be nice if there was an alert or prompt to make sure all of the important meetings are recorded. Hardly an inconvenience, and there could even be a feature I'm missing to help out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No people leader has the time to attend every meeting with a current or potential customer, but Gong helps you understand trends and coach people based on the data gathered and how it relates to best practices. Also, you can refer to a call on your own time since you don't have to hear a recap from a rep's perspective or attend the call live. It also helps provide a better customer experience since it allows you to look at the communication history with a customer. Gong can validate my instincts for what coaching conversations I need to have with people when looking at analytics or listening to individual meetings. The time savings, revenue, and insight that we've gained from this solution are unmeasurable.
Great tool for product managers as well as for sales

The ability to hear the customers and prospects firsthand without the need to be on the call and avoid additional interoperation by man in the middle

Works great for my use case. Nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting feedback from customers and prospects is a huge challenge for software product teams. The ability to listen, read, analyze and share important parts with other stakeholders is extremely beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
I use gong to help review my sales calls, I find that it's pretty easy to use and navigate, and having the option to see zoom calls as well as phone calls is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if gong integrated more into the platforms that I use it with, specifically outreach and open phone. It's a bit clunky to shuffle back and forth between them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has been especially helpful for onboarding, and I used it extensively to get my sales pitch down, which made me more productive. It has helped me increase my performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are so many training videos that have specific purposes!

I do not like how when something is posted it is not in order of relevance to me specifically right away

It is solving me having to shadow people and interrupt their days, I can just watch their gong calls insread.
