No longer taking notes or wasting time on internal e-mails (about the meetings)
What do you like best about the product?
The recording is very high quality. It is very helpful to identify at what time the customer is answering a question in order to tag someone relevant in the organization that will require to review it instead of sending them an e-mail about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support for other languages like Spanish and Portuguese is still at a very early stage, but improvements are being launched. Transcripts have gotten better and this gives hope for the rest of the currently disabled features for foreign languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management with note-taking and internal e-mails about the call. Missing real feedback that its not easy to find once you have had a long time between meetings. Also feedback about my work from the management levels.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to review all of your calls and other people's calls is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would also record my cold calls as well.

Being a new salesperson here and being able to see how other people sell.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review calls, request feedback and leave comments. I get coaching directly from my manager without them needing to review the entire call, I can tag a specific timestamp on the call and they can easily jump right to it and review.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not much of a downside to using gong. They now have the ability to forecast deals inside of the platform. At this point, gong is defining the needs and solving them before I even know I need the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous call recording software was extremely hard to use. I would sometime have to refresh the page so many times before I could watch the recording. Then trying to jump around on the video would break the link and then I'm back to refreshing the page and have to start over from the beginning. This allows me to supercharge my personal development as I can also review anyone on my team's calls, and learn a lot from senior-level team members, without having to take any time out of their day.

What do you like best about the product?
The number of metrics that Gong provides its customer base. It gives non participants concise transparency into what is going on in other meetings, with external clients!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that there is not one thing I dislike; I wish that the metrics were more customizable, and if anything; partly optional. Since sometimes these KPIs dont accurately reflect the criteria of the call - or what we were looking to accomplish: e.g a training call would have the client speak a lot less in comparison to a sales call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lack of active training material in sales. It has been incredibly beneficial to learn from other's mistakes, and their wins as well. It has been a huge factor that we leverage in Sales and Client Retention
Awesome Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Can relisten to any call! I love using Gong to go back after a call and listen in case I missed anything in my notes (which I almost always do!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! Our team loves it for call reviews, improving our pitch, and so much more! 100% recommend for any sales org!

Gong is solving issues with poor notes, telling me what I'm doing too much or too little of on my calls, and helping me improve deals.
Gong for sales
What do you like best about the product?
Gong saves me time from taking notes during sales calls and instead allows me to focus on what prospects are saying. In reviewing call transcripts and recordings afterwards, there's always something captured that I would have missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Gong overall. The one improvement that would be helpful as the volume of recorded calls grows is being able to search by keywords across all recordings so that I can look back on previous instances when XYZ came up and how it was addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving us time by taking notes for us during calls and also helps the rest of the non-sales team stay on top of customer conversations. It's a great internal learning tool.
Good for helping with workflow management
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitively built, so once it is set up correctly, it works really well. I'm not super into it, but from what I've watched during trainings, you can really customize to maximize your workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can take some extended time when loading things or transcribing. I generally overlook this because its powerfulness makes it worth short waits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording meetings with clients. So far, it's been great. Easy to share. Biggest thing for our company is its strong integration with Salesforce which is our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to tag different categories, get notifications, and track such things as sentiment and competition. The mobile app is pretty good, too as it allows you to connect and listen as you drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. I can not think of anything to add here as we are early days. We started using it around two months, but at the moment, the solution provides what we need. It would be good for marketing to add remembers before they start recording, like "Make sure you ask, how did you hear of HIVERY" on first calls.

Ability to gain insight into customer insights and discover patterns. This has helped form our thinking about product positioning and content marketing development ideas.
