Gong is not a luxury tool, it is a must have tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a game-changing tool that every revenue leader should prioritize once you have at least one salesperson on the phone. I put off investing in Gong for many years as a sales leader as I saw it as a "nice to have". Since implementing Gong I have realized this is no longer a nice to-have but a must-have. This is not just about sales but about making the company better. I would argue our product development team gets more out of Gong than our sales team. Gong is truly a company tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I think about Gong and areas of improvement, I truly can't think of anything. I am excited for what they are building and I have enjoyed being part of the beta programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number problem that Gong solves for us, is allowing our non customer facing teams hear it directly from our customers rather than relying on our sales team to play telephone for our clients.
Amazing Product!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to replay the recordings with script translation, identify who is speaking and the ability to jump right to the section where I am interested in listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hopefully there can be a side-by-side translation next to the video, so that I can look at both and understand the content better. Currently once I turn to translation I can't see the video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving a problem that I need to review massive sales calls without much insight generated. With Gong, I can fast-forward and only review the useful information.
A little confusing but once you get to know it and learn it Gong is really easy

the transcripts are the most helpful and overall being able to listen to it in either video or transcript form

Not being able to find some of the calls or how difficult it can sometimes be

playing back calls and editing my pitch and script
I have only used a short bit which is why Im not giving it a 10 but its been helpful thus far

Getting to hear how tenured reps structure their calls
What do you dislike about the product?
I never received any training on how to use it, but that could be internally on our/my end. Are reps able to put their slides on calls and my team just doesnt do it?

Expediting learning process to ramp faster

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to focus on my customer instead of taking notes is so helpful. I've always had to take notes to keep everything straight and now that I am not worried about getting every little detail, I can be fully present in the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customers can be a little hesitant sometimes when the recording comes on to warn them, but it is necessary. The Speech to Transcript tech is pretty rough. I typically watch my videos at 1.5x speed to recap, but it would be great if I could copy the transcript into my Evernote with confidence. Definitely not there yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is taking so much time out of my administrative tasks. Being able to quickly see action items and questions asked by my customer is fabulous. I feel like i can fit more meetings in one day in.
Seamless, automated, and extremely useful.
What do you like best about the product?
How it is automated, syncs with my calendar, and is easily transferable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interrupting prompt/disclaimer at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually recording all client calls instead of easily forgetting to do so.
Gong Makes It Easy to Refine My Call Process
What do you like best about the product?
I love the call analysis and ease of use when it comes to commenting and asking for feedback. Putting calls into folders is also a favorite feature of mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is it takes a long time to analyze calls sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving me an easier way to navigate and analyze mine and others' calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has helped me during my onboarding process at Miro, it has been part of my daily activities and I have learn so much from other peers by listening to calls and understanding better what went good or wrong in my own calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I do not dislike anything, still learning how to use it better than just listening to call recordings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We usually have to make time and coordinate with our peers to shadow their calls but with Gong it makes it easier we do not have to align on time we can just go and listen when we are free.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep my deals organized and visible. Also getting to watch other calls for personal development has been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, nothing. It all seems well but I'm still learning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pushing my deals forward because it sends warnings and flags when something is at risk. Also with development as a new agent.

Gong records your meetings and provides a transcript also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. It can be a little awkward watching a recording of yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolves the issue of forgetting what is said in a meeting. You can easily go back and review to refreshen your memory.
