Good software for reviewing your calls to get feedback especially when working remote
What do you like best about the product?
Getting call feedback and coaching when working remote. Listening back to old calls to see which areas I could improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really do not have many complaints with the system. It works as intended and I get to have feedback even from remote areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to continue coaching and feedback in a remote environment.
Great recording tech and transcripts are on point!

HIghlighting when someone is talking and % for each speaker
What do you dislike about the product?
Search capability is a little clunky and difficult to find a particular discovery call without knowing the Account name for example
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ENgaging with customers with more attention because I know I can come back to the recording to take notes and debrief

What do you like best about the product?
At first I thought of Gong as a "Big Brother" APP but it has dramatically streamlined my sales activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to more easily be able to tag phone calls to clients.

Gong is streamlining Sales Activity and is making my day easier.

Gong has tremendously helped my sales. Great tool for individuals/teams to improve in many ways! Gong allows us to go "up and to the right"!

Cannot think of a single dislike! Truly a one-of-a-kind platform!

Being able to listen to my calls with prospects and pinpoint things I am doing well and can improve upon is a game-changer.

Because of Gong, I don't have to attempt to make notes in a hurry or recall a conversation from memory!

A downside is that I am unable to use it with all of my interactions!

When a call is recorded in Gong, there is no question about the details discussed in a meeting! No one has to remember what happened or rely on notes.

I like that gong allows you to hear the interactions between you and your clients. And that you can share calls and times with others who may want to offer advice or feedback as well.

I dislike when I get calls from other team members that do not match my voice or belong to me. This credits against my measurements when evaluating my performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has been able to help me solve issues by meeting performing incentives such as having patience with my clients and making sure that I am giving interaction with probing questions.

Great software - auto-transcription + recording allow smoother interaction without note-taking.

The ability to record calls and the auto-transcription are great, as they preclude the need for manual note-taking. This also allows users to focus on the conversation and ensure better interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-transcription feature is great, but is still rough around the edges. This is only a minor quibble as I'm sure that improvements will be made over the coming months and years. Once it gets to a point where the transcriptions are highly accurate and preclude the need to listen to call recordings, this quibble will no longer be valid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong's ability to record calls and the auto-transcription are great, as they preclude the need for manual note-taking. Previously, having to take notes would prevent me from focusing on the conversation and I would miss some of what the prospect or customer was saying, and valuable information would be lost or have to be repeated.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is easy to use and allows great collaboration across geo's and departments. It is extremely helpful when onboarding or when highlighting best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly haven't found anything not to like while using Gong. It is simple, effective and makes me more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us share knowledge across the organization and shortens onboarding time. I love that you can search for keywords instead of having to watch an entire video, saving time and allowing us to share that specific snippet with a customer.
