Gong is fantastic for sales analysis
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Gong is being able to see how much time I spent talking as opposed to the client. Being able to see that I'm not listening enough has really changed how I approach my meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using Gong to call leads. My company likes to have links to the calls put into our CRM. Gong takes way too long to process the call and put it up on my dashboard. By the time it is there, I have moved on and I end up skipping that process by accident. So faster processing of each call would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves the age-old dilemma of he said/she said. No one quite remembers if you had the value prop in your last call. With Gong you can identify if it is there and exactly when you presented it. Great insight into the delivery of your company's message.
Out Of College - First Time Job - Gong is a lifesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Gong is that it allows you to continue the philosophy of always growing and learning from your peers. I am currently in my first corporate job, and our team uses Gong to record our meetings. Recording the meetings allows us to go back as a team and analyze what worked well and what we need to improve. As a new employee, Gong has contributed to my success by learning from my peers and being able to watch them handle questions and objections live. Gong has made my job so much easier, and I will continue to learn and grow by utilizing its tools!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if Gong had a feature that incorporates meetings on the phone. I see that Gong currently has a record feature to capture the audio of phone calls, but I would love to see more integration with this idea.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has been benefiting me so much in my role as a sales development representative. It has allowed me to be more productive by watching and reviewing meetings. As a new employee in my company, I am still learning basic things and what I love about Gong is that I can search topics from prior meetings with our team or clients. Searching keywords on a topic and hearing the discussion around them gives me so much insight, and I'm really enjoying all the technology incorporated into this software!
Director of Business Development, Enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
I find Gong extremely helpful for training purposes (I am new to my current role) and for coaching purposes (I was a manager of 10+ previously).
What do you dislike about the product?
TBH, none. I like the old features and everything new being rolled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking objections, listening to calls in the library, learning more about what others say/dont say
Gong is much more than just a recording!
What do you like best about the product?
The analysis, and taking you to the most relevant parts of the conversation
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a big deal, but would be great if the analysis can be available immediately after the call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time
Transcript service is great for searching
What do you like best about the product?
Automatically having calls saved and searchable is huge. Allows us to cut through the clutter to find exactly what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Privacy concerns from clients and internally have come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really helps with tracking history and getting context for projects.
Perfect for Reviewing Calls
What do you like best about the product?
It is great to have the transcript attached to the video so you can search key words!
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for a specific call is sometimes tricky because you have to have exact wording
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is siginifcant time between Sales speaking with the customer and then closing the deal, so it is perfect for reviewing the initial conversations.
A fluid experience that allows you to really deepen your knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I have all the detailed information below the videos! Knowing who speaks, when, the average time of each monologue, ...
It's really useful to have access to the right information right away but also to make your own analysis about the structure of the meetings
It's really useful to have access to the right information right away but also to make your own analysis about the structure of the meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it's not really something I don't like but I find that being dependent on names to find the videos and also the fact that the quality of the content depends on who posts... Well it can be complicated to find what you really need right away
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to watch videos on certain topics (workshop, meeting with a specific subject, ...) and this is really a good point because it can really help when the resources are not available elsewhere or when the right people are busy
Great for Learning
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super helpful for a few reasons --
1) Listening back on sales calls to hear how you sounded and/or your peers sound (what questions were asked, how did the client react, etc) and then you can learn what works and what doesn't in calls to bring up your success rate
2) If you take a lot of calls every week, it's a lot of info to remember and it's nice to be able to refer back to a video meeting and know what exactly was said so you can use that to your advantage
3) If a team member is unable to join a call, they can easily listen afterward and get up to speed
4) They not only let you re-listen and watch, but also have transcription notes if it's hard to follow along

What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is that when you go back and watch the video, you can only see the speaker/presentation. It would be helpful to see the other participants so you can gauge reactions and body language in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the fact that not everyone can always join a meeting (and this way can get caught up on their own time), and also solves when you forget what happens in a meeting.
It is very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to relisten to calls that I have had in the past
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to say. It works great every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to listen to previous calls I have had and take notes more in-depth.
Confusing and overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
The stats from calls saying who talked most and the percentages
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres just too much and it's very overwhelming... don't know how to really utilize it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statistics of calls
showing 2,011 - 2,020
