Gong has given me the ability to thrive with my teammates!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to hear some situational responses from my team that they may not be able to clearly communicate how they approached that situation outside of the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could filter activities to see calls for only sold deals in a set period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure! But I bet they've got it figured out.
Seemless and powerful video call reviewing
What do you like best about the product?
With Gong it is so easy for us to review, notate, share and catalog our calls. Transcriptions make it easy to find important topics easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if gong could integrate into emails and gmail or outlook to file emails and documents related to calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is making it easy for our team to share best practices and learn rapidly from collective data.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Gong is the way multiple styles of learning can use it. You can listen to recording (multiple speeds), or look at transcript, search, set up auto searches, and it even reminds you about follow ups you may want to do with prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly? That I am not using all the features. Which is on me, not Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong lets me be totally focused on the client as I know I can miss something in note taking and capture it later via Gong.
Best way to share recordings as a CSM
What do you like best about the product?
The insights for every call is really helpful as a csm. It shows me were I talked too much and thats how I am improving

I didn't like the email reminder feature when it changed last week - but it seems enough people reported an issue and its back to how it was before

I am not forced to remember every little detail on a call. Can easily review

Best coaching and visibility tool on the market but.... expensive.
What do you like best about the product?
These are the main benefits of using Gong so far, 1) quick to set up 2) very user-friendly 3) provides visibility to our remote team 4) interactive 5) customizable to suit our needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is our 2nd most expensive platform behind Salesforce. The sales team was not very flexible in finding a price point that would work for our business. We had to stretch our budget to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility to our remote sales and customer success team. Helping us coach and improve our processes in the remote work world. It has already helped us understand where we have opportunities to improve.

Being able to track and improve on past and future work performance. gives in-depth feedback and reports on calls.

The time it takes for calls to upload after the call being finished

Not really, I like everything, maybe a bit more interactive

Training videos are super easy to find, see and download to be able to repeat them as many times as we need

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics are fantastic. Being able to coach on speaking percentages is a huge plus. Tagging team members at specific parts of a call help immensely in-call coaching as a group vs. individual.
What do you dislike about the product?
More-so when first using, having a "bad" call marked up can be intimidating. But after you get used to it, it turns into more positive obviously. It just takes getting used to having your own voice critiqued and replayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to be coached. So many times in a call, you can miss certain trigger words that can push a deal forward due to so many factors like taking notes or keying in on something said before. Hearing again is a huge help to continue to grow your acumen.
