User friendly, and accessibility!
What do you like best about the product?
The main quality of gong I like as an associate is an accessibility and user-friendliness. In other roles, we did not have access to our calls and our teammates calls. This has been huge for going into a new role so I can review my calls regularly and compare them to similar colleagues. It is a great way to get trained and continue to grow your knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there were more categories and key words that can be selected to organize calls on the platform. I do find it tricky sometimes to get the same content call to listen to, and compare with mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not in a supervisor role t have insight regarding this directly, however I find during my training I was much more independent on studying and learning the material for the role.
Great way to constantly be improving your skills and processes!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the request feedback toggle. Every week I pick two or three demos to have my sales leaders review and provide feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Deals" dashboard is a bit clunky and hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me maximize every opportunity by providing stats, and feedback to help me improve my demonstrations. Particularly in discovery.

What do you like best about the product?
very easy to access recordings and share to others who need it. helps with sales motions
What do you dislike about the product?
faster uploads after completion will help not slow down the sales process and get to others who couldnt make initial call quicker while still top of mind

Saves time by allowing me to go back and find information that the customer gave me without having to reach out to them

Its making catching up on team meetings so much easier, which is great for me as the company I work for is Australia based, so the meetings are so late I need to catch up on them the next day as opposed to live-watching

What do you like best about the product?
I Like that we can recieve the calls right after the live calls from Salesloft. The fact that we can check out other people from our team and the organization and they can leave reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we can't hear the otherside of the conversation but I understand why we cant. The transcripts can use some work too they are not the most accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem they are solving is review other peoples calls for training purposes. We benefit listening to others that are more successful and unsuccessful by listening and understanding.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find exactly what I need in my calls. It is also great at reminding about followups and keep an eye on the activity within my pipeline. Helps me improve based on the analytics.

Takes quite a while to upload and analyze

Pipeline management as well as a great way to pull data from calls if my note taking is subpar.
Great Tool for Team Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to bookmark specific pieces of the conversation and send it to a coworker to review the section. I like that you can search company calls and create folders to bookmark best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a fan of the platform. At first, I had a few hiccups getting logged and and ensure all of my calls were being recorded, but we found out it was a permissions issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows us to be able to go back and review the specifics of a meeting - it's like an instant reply. It also allows us to share conversations with someone when they are out - preventing a delay in meetings and timelines.

The annoncement "This call may be recorded for training and coaching purposes" really throws off the conversation, it interrupts the client and make the intro of meetings clunky

I helps me to know what other customers in my industry are facing, it allows me to listen in to pain points that similar customers are facing around the country. Which in turn allows me to be more relevant to my customer
