What do you like best about the product?
an efficient way to check for recording calls, a good platform to move around and find specific calls in a specific time of the day. A good way to build a team in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'call to script' does not work well in Hebrew. I do not use the search keywords. More for technical support, no use for sales due to the complexity of the call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a tool for two main reasons: Quality / compliance, making sure that our reps do not say anything bad to our clients. Second, best practices. find the right common ground of top performer.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to review my own calls but also other associates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The format could be a little more compact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to review and document each interaction.

Gong breaks down calls into sections so it is easy to find discussion topics in the call

Changing state regulations does not always guarantee that a call will be recorded

Gong has helped me understand the way I have conversations and the habits I need to implement to close more deals

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is awesome.
Gong is super helpful for:
1) Taking notes on calls to ensure you don't miss anything important
2) Enabling reps to be present and focus on what the customer is saying instead of multi tasking/taking notes at the same time so you can ask effective questions
3) Coaching moments to go back and listen to any potential areas for improvement
4) Easily share recorded calls with internal teams or external partners/customers/prospects etc.
5) Getting new reps up to speed by listening to the best sales calls from top reps
Gong is super helpful for:

What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I dislike about Gong is the linking for your invites. You can't copy and paste it like a Zoom link for someone who might be accessing your meeting on the go, and can't click the Gong link in the calendar invite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps solve the following problems:
1) "oh shoot, I missed what the customer said about X, Y, Z"
2) When teammates/management asks how a call went, I can easily share a link instead of having to regurgitate what happened from memory or notes
3) Stay hyper focused on calls because I don't need to take notes since everything is recorded
4) Makes demo prep with Solutions Engineers much easier because I can just send a Gong link instead of writing a report of what I need

Gong is good but Chorus is better
What do you like best about the product?
The actual features of Gong are great. I love that you are able to search call participants by host and narrow it down to the specific individual you want to call shadow. Also, the keywords is definitely a huge plus when joining a new company and trying to pick up on product knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used both Gong and Chorus at my previous company. Chorus ended up replacing Gong and the UI is so much stronger. I do not like the fact that when the Gong page refreshes because you have to log in again, it doesn't pick up the video where you left off. It completely starts it over and so many times, I forget where I left off and get frustrated. Chorus did this seamlessly as well as having the chat transcript off to the side instead of blocking the video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't always know or have a feel of how we sound on calls nor do we have the ability to multitask and write down everything the customer is saying. For the former, Gong allows my manager to effectively coach me in areas to improve and also offer advice. For the latter, I'm able to have a stress free call knowing I'll be able to go back and pick up on the notes I might have missed during the call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand the full functionality of the platform and know where you left off on your video before refreshing the page.
Great for Managers & New Hires
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an excellent tool for both managers and trainees. Gong was vital to my onboarding process, as it let me "witness" the job first hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is pretty solid overall. There is to some degree a failure of the integration with Outreach, and not all calls get logged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong serves as a sanity check (did this customer really say this, in these words? Gong will know.) Also, I found it incredibly beneficial to my onboarding

You can watch calls back which can improve not only your performance but help you and your team as well A great tool that I use every day

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is really helpful in ensuring we capture next steps and for training purposes. I like how you can forward it to prospects so they feel comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like Gong and dont have anything I dislike. One feature that could be helpful would be adding gong to the call mid-stream.

Helps with capturing next steps so you can focus on the call. Also helps for training and coaching post call

What do you like best about the product?
For me starting this position fresh and having something to record my conversation and then send me the notes after is HUGE. I wasn't the best note-taker and this takes it to the next level for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. Gong has been doing well with making sure I follow up with contacts that I haven't called to check in on a project or things that it picked up in the call that I should be following up on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Always making sure that we focus on the conversation with the client at all times. Not having to go through the issues of having someone repeat themselves just because you didn't get it written down is amazing.

If you need to make your meetings easier and don't want to worry about missing it, use GONG

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I can fully engage in a call without having to take notes, and refer back to gong to track the questions and all action items. I can always use Gong to refresh my memory on a past call, as use it to help me on future calls with prospects. It is also such a great training tool for my colleagues.
