What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to focus on the conversation, not typing. I am able to be and remain engaged throughout the entirety of any and all sales conversations I'm a part of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take a bit to give the analysis but that is an hour at most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes it easy to determine top priorities for the customer be reiterating what they've said.

Sometimes it doesn't join calls (rare but happens).
The logic of when Gong might not join a call isn't clear

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great product with a great UI. With new AI functionality, it is easy to research accounts and keep a clients' priorities and strategies top of mind. Call analysis remains best in the market. Forecasting is also strong as it connects with Salesforce seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI generated follow-up e-mails could be a bit more thorough and polished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching, training, feedback, forecasting and research.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, very familiar and intuitive. I love the AI tools since they help keep track of the most important information discussed during meetings.

I can't think of something I don't like.

Gong helps keep track of tasks and sends reminders or new updates of topics that are being discussed.

Great Tool for Sales calls

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it incredibly easy to review sales calls and identify areas for improvement. The transcription and call recording features are very accurate, and the AI-driven insights provide actionable feedback on talk ratios, customer engagement, and next steps. I especially like the deal tracking capabilities—it helps me stay on top of opportunities and ensures nothing slips through the cracks. Having all conversations centralized also makes collaboration with teammates much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Gong is powerful, the interface can feel overwhelming at times because there are so many features and insights packed into it. The search function for older calls isn’t always as intuitive as I’d like, and sometimes the AI-generated notes miss small context details. Additionally, the learning curve can be steep for new users who aren’t as comfortable navigating dashboards and analytics-heavy tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps solve the challenge of capturing and analyzing sales conversations without relying on memory or manual notes. By automatically recording, transcribing, and analyzing calls, it ensures I never miss important details. It also highlights trends in customer objections, talk ratios, and deal risks, which makes coaching and self-improvement much easier. This saves time, improves call effectiveness, and gives me clear visibility into the health of my pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I love utilizing Gong in order to be able to really be able to focus on my call itself and not having to worry about taking notes during the call. It allows me to be more engaged because I know that I would be able to utilize the transcript or overview after the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI Search functionality was more accurate. I often find myself looking through the transcript to find key information because the search functionality didn't find the information I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need for me to have to slow down the call just to take notes. I am now able to focus entirely on the customer

What do you like best about the product?
The best things about Gong is the ability to have your own feedback loop to listen and understand how well your calls went, where they could be tweaked and what you can do differently next time. I also like the fact that you can use the AI feature to summarise long demos and pick out challenges.

it would be really good to filter by persona's

Developing cold call skill and saving time on gathering information from long calls in seconds.

What do you like best about the product?
calls summary, AI new integrations. They are very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
Flows in Gong Engage. It is not flexible to share bulk emails to all contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Missing any points of discussion in conversations. It ensures all points of discussion are mentioned giving room to focus on the active listening without worrying on missing notes.

Action-ready debriefs – Summarizes key points, action items, and next steps so follow-up is fast and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional transcription errors with industry-specific terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves the problem of divided attention during meetings. Instead of juggling note-taking, action tracking, and active listening, I can stay present and focus on the conversation. It also eliminates the “Did I write that down correctly?” worry—everything is transcribed, time-stamped, and searchable.

The benefit is better engagement with clients and teammates, faster and more accurate follow-ups, and a reliable record of what was discussed, even if I miss a detail in the moment. It saves time after meetings and reduces the risk of miscommunication.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been a great productivity booster in my role as a Customer Success Manager at Privy. It allows me to efficiently follow up and manage my book of business with clear visibility into client interactions. The AI-powered insights are extremely valuable for identifying opportunities, improving communication, and ensuring I never miss key action items. I also appreciate how intuitive and well-integrated the platform is with my daily workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Gong is an excellent platform, the depth of data can sometimes feel overwhelming for new users, and it takes some time to fully leverage all of its AI capabilities. A more streamlined onboarding experience could help accelerate adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me capture, organize, and analyze all my client conversations in one place, making it much easier to stay on top of my book of business as a CSM at Privy. The conversation intelligence capabilities give me actionable insights into client needs, engagement trends, and follow-up opportunities. This allows me to prioritize my outreach, personalize communication, and ultimately improve client retention and satisfaction. The AI integration also saves me time on manual note-taking and ensures no critical information gets lost.
