Great visibility into calls!
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic call progess tracker is great, its gives real time feedback into how to imporve calls and move them along into our sales process. No other call tracker software is like it!
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit more training would always be more helpful. I know there are parts of Gong that I have not yet utilized to its fullest and would like to make sure I am getting everythign out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest feedback is call imporvment. The detailed breakdown of talk time and what my team is talking about is very helpful to focus in on what needs to be improved upon.

I can go back a search for certain keywords and understand my calls/demos better than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can take some time to analyze a call, if I am in a hurry I have to remember that and look elsewhere for notes/insight.

I can go back and see how I conducted my call and better understand where I can improve.

working remote means you can't always learn from hearing others. it also means as a mentor you can't be really giving effective coaching like you would if you were on the call or in the same location. With Gong we gain that back, which is HUGE!

There should be a favorite calls section in the library automatically.

Better understanding clients, rep training and feedback, product enhancement and specific introduction to clients for insight.
Great tool for takings notes with out taking notes.
What do you like best about the product?
Having a tool that allows you to focus on the conversation versus being distracted by taking notes. To replay the conversation and catch those details is priceless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still learning all of the bells and whistles to Gong. If anything I would suggest is a tutorial video to show you all of the benefits of how to effectively utilize Gong.

Gong has helped me to capture those missed details in my meetings. To go back and replay the conversation over and over until you understand what was discussed is valuable.

reviewing old calls, learning from other reps calls, improving my own calls, understanding call insights, sharing calls with customers.

Get Gong - I did not have this resource in my other sales teams and cannot stress how helpful it is
Love being able to shadow without having to shadow.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can shadow at my own speed. For example, I can rewind or read the transcript. It's more helpful than being there in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature can sometimes be wonky as it pertains to sorting calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning how to do my job. I've learned much more about delivering a pitch then just talking about it.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is the best for reviewing and evaluating calls. You can easily see who was on the call, the transcript of what was said and even the % of time each person was speaking. It's helpful on an individual level and sales org level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any voice to text system, the transcript doesn't get the words perfectly every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of thinking "Oh I liked how that was said on the call - what was the phrase?", we can simply go to the transcript. I can also easily see whether I was dominating the call or making it more of a conversation.
Easy to use. Helps with collaboration and strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I've used other tools that don't record every call or the process is just a bit janky - Gong is always there, always on, and easy. Simple to share calls, snippets, and enables cross departmental collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the transcript was a little more accurate, but a lot of that comes from the speaker annunciating better. You can still play directly from the area of the transcript you may not understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a new company. Easy to share discovery calls with product+engineering to say can have better insight than my personal notes.
