What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes recording, sharing and taking notes incredibly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcripts are off a bit but that is understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of calls across our organization has helped tremendously in training.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is key for my follow-up process and allows me to be present in the call and make sure I'm not going to miss anything we discussed + it's a great way to continue to understand where I can level up and improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is nitpicky, but the word-to-text dictation is sometimes off and not as reliable as I'd like... not a huge deal, but would be nice if it was improved. Maybe I just need to speak more clearly? :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Key goals and objectives for my buyers
- Multithreading accounts by using recordings to get more people to the next call
- Coaching and self-improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I hated the idea of recording my voice and my video and my clients.

And then I got over my fears.

And then I fell in love with all the cool capabilities of gong.
- Simplified UI for sending details to clients, calling out specific points in time
- Transcript <3 of our conversation
- Tags to client and contact records in Salesforce
- Reminders to follow up

It has changed the game for me. Now, I focus on listening intently to clients and not on taking notes-- because I always have Gong to fall back on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area with room for improvement is stronger transcripts and tags to words that fit my type of sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Remembering key details from calls
- Sharing call notes with clients and teammates
- Capturing valuable intel in real time but without taking away from my conversation

What do you like best about the product?
The call analytics, the assists, the vocal breakdown/transcription, and the ability to work closely in Gong with Team Members or send info to clients from a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few other data points for the call would be great. I love seeing the talk ratio, longest story, etc., but a few more metrics would be great. Also, an ability to cut down a call or trim if there is time before it starts for chit chat, don't want that to affect call metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing pipeline, improving call performance, tracking and digesting a call.

What do you like best about the product?
It reminds me of daily tasks I need to complete.

There's nothing I don't like about Gong, I enjoy it very much

Sometimes I'm unable to find a transcript of a meeting I've had, Gong is always to the rescue with an easy way to retrieve meeting notes and videos

What do you like best about the product?
The recording capability is fabulous to share with internal teams and clients alike. It is a great reference tool for call reviews/trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's a nice, easy to use system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client call and demo capture and internal trainings and project management. Great tool to bring others up to speed on projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the calls is excellent. We here at Tackle and I personally have never had an issue with the quality of the calls. They are identical to the zoom video quality and upload immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is going well, not exactly sure what pricing is but would definitely recommend Gong to any other Orgs interested. Transcription works well too. Thanks!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a lot of internal call and communications problems within our different teams. This gives all teams insight to each others calls and aspects of our conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
As a demand generation marketer, I love that I can receive notifications whenever a prospect mentions something relative to the work I have done. For example, I get to hear our prospects talk to our salesmen about our website. That is extremely insightful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say at this point that there is no problem I have with Gong. I have no advice on how to make the product better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get key insights from customers and prospects on how I can create better content to drive demand. I know what questions they are asking, what they are looking for on our website, what content they want to consume, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is recorded and set up for you to see the amount of people percentage the prospect was talking to and how much were you. So you can see if they are interested or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot say much about any dislike. I do know when I was working for ADP and doing some cold calls, not all calls were recorded like in Michigan or Illinois. And those 2 states were my territory. But I understand that there's laws that you need to obey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A huge benefit is I don't need to go through a 2 or 3-month training program. Everything is set up for me in gong. Not the training aspect but listening to calls. You can see what is a good call and what isn't a good call. Even with the standard 2-weeks. I knew the product within a couple days of listening to gong calls, which our software can be very complex if you are new to the industry like me, inside and out
