What do you like best about the product?
The Analytics is very helpful. I like the breakdown of what happens in the call and transcript.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ordering and managing calls are not very straightforward and easy. That could be improved

I'm understanding the business needs and value a customer is looking for and getting next steps

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong captures my whole conversation with a customer and then I can go back, grab any notes I might have missed, take parts of those conversations and send them across my org and to my clients. Gong truly makes it easier for new sellers to learn the pitch and quickly get up to speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I love the transcription feature on Gong, it's typically inaccurate and requires a human to make sense of the data. I'm sure this will only get better over time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending customer feedback across the org. Taking notes more effectively during calls. Identifying customer pain points and sharing them with product teams. Sending call follow-ups has become extremely simple and easy with Gong!

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a transcript of all my business interactions. The best feature is keyword options that picks out certain keywords or phrases stated during the conversation that can be used for reference while back tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor inaccuracies of the transcription script may be less than ideal, given that people have different accents, tonations and thus its inability to adapt to different accents is an area of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with quick reference and provides a platform for training and coaching within the organization. Coaching and training is made easier with the use of Gong.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take some time to familiarise yourself with the interface.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the ability to keyword search and find phrases or things that were sent on the call. But on top of that it's the fact that gong pulls stats and follow-up action items for calls. As a seller its hard to simply remember what was said and what action items were pulled from calls...Gong makes it easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Truthfully, there isn't anything I dislike. It really is super easy to use and the trainings you all provide as a part of the onboarding process are super helpful and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling action items, searching for things said in transcripts, watching my talk ratio, seeing how patient I was in my calls....my managers use this for call coaching and it has been so helpful in my development.

What do you like best about the product?
I've only used Gong for a few months but I have already seen massive benefits from it. The ability to quickly identify parts of the conversation so that you can jump to them makes it very efficient and features like transcript and talk time statistics give you an idea of how the call went and allows you to compare it against your own or others' best calls. I love being able to listen to calls from top performers on my team and improve my own selling style from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no glaring aspects that I dislike I only wish every call was able to record so that I could listen back to more and improve even faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to hear myself on calls and thus improve my talk track and my fluidity when talking with prospects. I can also identify how long I am speaking vs top performers. I have seen a great improvement in my confidence when it comes to objections and resistance from prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is SO robust. It's the best sales tool on this Earth. Identifies pipe at risk, breaks down WHAT reps/clients are talking about, talk distribution, has transcripts AND video, and is crucial to finding positive replicable behaviors and coaching opportunities. Easily my favorite sales tool in the old toolbelt. I've been a Gong user for years and still don't think I have utilized everything there is on this tool. Any future roles I have, if they're not using Gong, I won't work there. It's too valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only suggestion I would throw in is the talk to text translation is sometimes a bit off. I know this is common in every tech stack tool, including my iPhone. But that's my only thing, is if I go to post a snippet sometimes talk to text is off. Only so much we can do there, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipe that's at risk. Uneven talk distribution. Gong picks up how long we're talking vs. how long we're doing a screen share. And Gong picks up how long we're talking about pricing vs. next steps. This tool literally has everything to "catch people doing something right" and identify growth opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just use Gong. Just do this. Especially for Sales.
