Incredible for Customer Success teams!
What do you like best about the product?
Listen Later and the ability to save calls to folders. Save and send snippets. Comment on portions of the call. Access transcript, etc!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to save calls to folders via mobile (vs just listen later)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enablement. It's also helped me understand the different styles between varying CS teams. I appreciate listening to calls that took place during the pre-sale process so I'm better prepped as a CSM to take on the account. It wouldn't be possible w/o Gong!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is behind the scenes, but that it captures everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it doesn't hop into the meeting immediately when I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving training issues. Because we can record in the moment conversations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely consider using Gong to help with training and quality.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to easily find recordings about content I need. Gong makes it simple for me to review calls across the organisation to always push to be better.
Throughout my onboarding, I was able to find calls I needed more guidance on and ultimately get all the information I needed when I needed it!

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, nothing yet.
The navigation is intuitive, finding other teammates is smooth and overall the experience is very straightforward.
If being extremely picky it could be a little faster to generate the gong call via Zoom, but again this is being very very picky.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps solve internal consistency across calls. It allows me to review my own calls, but possibly more importantly it provides a great way to double-check if anything was agreed on the calls and having evidence of those agreements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. This is my first time using Gong and honestly its been an absolute lifeline!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we don't like is the transcription has errors so have to modify snippets that we send to other teams.

Allows us to relay customer calls to product, engineering, onboarding, and other teams across the organization. Use recorded calls to train new CSM team members.

Gong is easy to use and even offers me insights into my deals that I can use to drive urgency, beat competitors, and hit my quotas.

Not much is missing here, and they consistently improve the product.

Our team isn't directly customer-facing but is trying to get better customer insights; Gong helps us do this by letting us listen to calls
Critical for Reviewing Meetings with Customers
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has an excellent UI and makes it easy to quickly review calls and pull insights. Love the Points of Interest section that calls out when things happened in the call. The new AI features for recapping a meeting and sharing highlights of the call have been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report here. If they could decrease the time it takes to analyze a call would be awesome. This is a critical part of my workflow and it has been great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can focus more on the call and really understand what my customers are saying. I don't have to worry about taking very detailed notes while on the call because I can review it right after and send out my follow up.

What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app is really easy to use and makes it simple to listen to calls when I'm on the run. The computer is a little more robust, but if I didn't have the mobile app, I wouldn't ever have the time to listen to recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my Okta account and Gong account have a really hard time communicating with each other, especially on the mobile app. This makes it really challenging to listen to recordings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm listening to recordings to sharpen my skills and become a better sales rep.

Get it. Easiest Recording software I've used.
Super Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Gong is to use and set up. It's super helpful to go back and listen to calls where I may have missed something. My clients like the recordings as well to share and discuss with the rest of their team. I like being able to invite assistant@gong.io to my meetings and Gong does the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few instances where Gong doesn't record a meeting for whatever reason, though this doesn't happen very often. It would be nice to see some more features to see what all Gong records, example: rather than only showing whoever is speaking or presenting, it'd be nice to record all meeting participants on the same screen.

Being able to go back to listen to calls when I missed something.
