Immensely useful tool in a sales role

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Gong is the breakdown it provides. Real insights and measurable for improving client communication. I had only heard about Gong, now I get to use it in my current sales role. It is an investment that should be made by any company that is serious about making its sales team successful. It is an essential tool to add to the tech stack and sales enablement investments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to navigate for a bit to make sharing calls possible, but overall that is still pretty easy to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actionable data, seeing where improvements can be made to improve the overall effectiveness
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the investment, it is essential for sales teams

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to go back and find out keywords, and insights to hit on, as well as review transcripts to verify notes for follow up actions is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little big brother but as long as it's driving sales that's all that matters. Let's go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many benefits, no problems at this time that I've come across. Unless a meeting isn't recorded for whatever reason.

A critical tool for sales

What do you like best about the product?
The recordings have a plethora of metta-data: keywords, speaking blocks, and screen sharing; detailed by participants. It is very easy to find key sections of the call, and even pull out transcribed notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although necessary, the need to announce itself is annoying. AI is still a long way off from producing a summarized overview of the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is perfect for ensuring the entire team understands use cases and business flows. Never again will your assessment be questioned, everyone can have the same concensious.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to go back and review my own sales calls, as well as view other calls from coworkers so I can learn more information about customer questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interruptive call recording for training purposes. I understand why you use it, it is not a pleasant sounding voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales call reviews... It is so beneficial to watch myself on calls. I love that you can search the call library in order to go through past calls as well. My business performance has definitely increased due to Gong.

Anyone who is involved in sales should use Gong.

What do you like best about the product?
My bosses have proclaimed to me over and over that Gong is the most powerful sales tool on planet earth. Its like their mantra. It is truly a great tool to help your sales team improve their skills and get better everyday. I love it and I tend to agree with them. Gong is huge- you should probably get it if you don't already have it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I don't know what's possibly missing. Seems pretty much awesome all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to analyze your own talk tracks, body language, etc. Identify gaps in presentation ie ums, uhs, wasted words, going down the wrong path in your presentation and make corrections.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been such a helpful tool in helping me train for my current role. I'm able to listen to my own calls as well as others on my team & the top SDR's of my company and learn from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly so far I have no complaints, it's been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems in my job would be overcoming objections and Gong gives me the platform to so many objection handling.

I can't say that I dislike anything so far. It serves the need.

What do you like best about the product?
How far you can drill down to find specific words in calls to locate what you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's overwhelming at first but that goes away in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If certain words are coming up that are negative or need more attention, we can find out why they are and how to overcome them.
