What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things to use in Gong for your team like scorecards, keywords, call coaching and more things I don't even know about. Plus, their team is extremely helpful and so nice! I was able to hop on a video call with Melissa and she shared so many useful tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more video walkthroughs of the tools that can be used and different ways to use them. The walkthrough tutorial we had with Melissa was so so helpful, but there are a few things that are confusing at times, so having a clear video to not take up people's time would be so great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is helping our team members have stronger conversations and overcome obstacles on the phone. We have a script, but my team does not follow that 100% due to the conversations they are having, but there are a ton of objections and hearing those back are SO helpful. We have been able to create an internal FAQ for my team so those questions that have come up can be reviewed before hand.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that it analyses the call and shows what is done well and what needs improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript is usually very off and quite different from what is being said.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've cut down on filler words, I am aware of my customer to agent speaking ratio, and am having more in-depth conversations.

Can't live without Gong

What do you like best about the product?
Gong's product is easy to use and it serves a variety of important use cases for our team. First and foremost, it allows our team to get insight into our pipelines and quickly spot deals that might not be on track so we can respond and get ahead. Second, it allows us to more quickly onboard new employees in customer-facing teams by allowing them to listen to real calls and learn along the way. Lastly, it gives us insight into enablement programs we've launched to ensure new message/collateral/etc. are being used as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main improvements I'd like to see are more integrations with other CRM & CS Tools outside of SF and Gainsight. I know that integrations are frequently being added, so I am hopeful the ones we want (specifically ChurnZero) will come!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problems we are solving for are visibility and accountability. As a remote-first company with a large team, we never had a way to have a holistic view of what our teams were actually doing (or not) and be able to provide guidance, and Gong solves that for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the filter and search capabilities that make it super simple to find calls that match the needs of your initiative. Especially being able to search by term or specific keyword.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. This software is truly optimized for use of all teams at a SaaS company, allowing us to be able to retrieve valuable insights from in-field interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem we are solving is being able to gain valuable insights from in-field interactions with prospects and potential customers. This allows us to see first-hand and gather primary data that feed into our Marketing processes and collateral.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that the tool is very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a premium price point so users need to utilize it to get the value, but if they do use the data it is valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to take meeting minutes. I can also review calls to revisit feature requests as well as listen to calls I miss. I like that you can create snippets of calls as well to provide focused feedback to others when sharing calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is very visual and this makes it user friendly, also good at tracking activity and reminders
What do you dislike about the product?
This is limited to a single product if you have multiple opportunities for a single client it cannot distinguish the activity specific to each opportunity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to review my calls with my manager and find areas of improvement that can drive more sales to close

Nothing at all the product is great and I love using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales effectiveness has been improved by coaching and learning from tenured and successful peers.

Love Gong

What do you like best about the product?
I love the SFDC plugin as all of the info you need on deals is in one spot and if you update in Gong it updates in SFDC. I also love the ability to go back and review previous deals. Another function that is helpful is the deals tab which gives suggestions and lets you know what is missing from a sales standpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to review deals as you have to listen to them. What would be a solution is to leverage AI to pull out the most important info from the call into an overview/breakdown page for each call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every issue has been resolved and I was not aware we had any issues. As we use gong more it will be helpful in driving financial returns. Business performance has improved slightly, but expect gong will benefit as more time passes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just start using it and you will get the benefits right away.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for colleagues to gain the insights to do their jobs more effectively and efficiently has never existed in one tool in the last 25 years.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves problems, you've yet to discover on both an individual and workforce level. The ability for someone to immerse themselves into a conversation without note-taking has changed the way salespeople can connect more with clients. In today's WFH and remote working world, Gong connects employees around the globe. The subtleties in conversation and the things that make a big difference. To be able to uncover those in conversations - the tracking tools and the technology, allows Gong to become a company's secret weapon.
