Gong is the best way to log sales calls and interactions as a company-wide resource
What do you like best about the product?
I love the filter and search capabilities that make it super simple to find calls that match the needs of your initiative. Especially being able to search by term or specific keyword.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. This software is truly optimized for use of all teams at a SaaS company, allowing us to be able to retrieve valuable insights from in-field interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem we are solving is being able to gain valuable insights from in-field interactions with prospects and potential customers. This allows us to see first-hand and gather primary data that feed into our Marketing processes and collateral.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that the tool is very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a premium price point so users need to utilize it to get the value, but if they do use the data it is valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to take meeting minutes. I can also review calls to revisit feature requests as well as listen to calls I miss. I like that you can create snippets of calls as well to provide focused feedback to others when sharing calls.

Gong is very visual and this makes it user friendly, also good at tracking activity and reminders
What do you dislike about the product?
This is limited to a single product if you have multiple opportunities for a single client it cannot distinguish the activity specific to each opportunity.

Organisation has increases significantly

I love being able to review my calls with my manager and find areas of improvement that can drive more sales to close

Nothing at all the product is great and I love using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the SFDC plugin as all of the info you need on deals is in one spot and if you update in Gong it updates in SFDC. I also love the ability to go back and review previous deals. Another function that is helpful is the deals tab which gives suggestions and lets you know what is missing from a sales standpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to review deals as you have to listen to them. What would be a solution is to leverage AI to pull out the most important info from the call into an overview/breakdown page for each call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every issue has been resolved and I was not aware we had any issues. As we use gong more it will be helpful in driving financial returns. Business performance has improved slightly, but expect gong will benefit as more time passes.

Just start using it and you will get the benefits right away.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for colleagues to gain the insights to do their jobs more effectively and efficiently has never existed in one tool in the last 25 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I find something, I'll let you know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves problems, you've yet to discover on both an individual and workforce level. The ability for someone to immerse themselves into a conversation without note-taking has changed the way salespeople can connect more with clients. In today's WFH and remote working world, Gong connects employees around the globe. The subtleties in conversation and the things that make a big difference. To be able to uncover those in conversations - the tracking tools and the technology, allows Gong to become a company's secret weapon.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it records all of our meetings automatically but doesn't feel intrusive during the call itself
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription at times can be a bit off but that is to be expected. For the most part it works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to be attentive on calls with the ability to go back and take notes after the fact

What do you like best about the product?
the fact that we can use hashtags to be able to have team members self identify for themselves where they have good calls or bad calls. Gives a lot of insights for team members to be able to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as live as it could be, as well as it's not picking up every call that we're doing. I also think that there needs to be something where it gives calls right at first glance a better way to digest why it's picking those calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't really used it that much because it's not tied into our grading system or our salesforce rendition, so it's hard to tie it to team member opportunities
