Extremely Useful
What do you like best about the product?
Once a call is complete I have access to review my calls. This allows me to ensure my customer's needs, wants, and desires are all understood and documented. If at any point I need to review the customer interaction, I can do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negatives/drawbacks with this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The note-taker makes it easy to review a call that has a lot of information being exchanged.
Excellent to give self feedback and colleague feedback.

Very easy to find calls and analyze them.

If I leave and re-enter meeting- recorder does not join again.

I really appreciate that Gong allows you to search for keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
That calls that have split recordings only have one part of the recording uploaded to Gong, and that you have to click a lot of buttons to filter by a specific date. Also, I wish the transcriptions were more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to write timestamps of calls and to better track the flow of conversations. It helps us to listen to more sales calls per day.

It's useful for tracking trends and transcribing calls.

Comapred to all tools used by me for calls until now this is the best I have ever seen.

Super Valuable Tool for Sales Directors
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is not only easy to use, but the different options offered and analytics given make the platform such a valuable tool, especially in the Sales workspace.
As a Director, I have access to all the calls my team makes - with so much enriched data provided by Gong - that enables me to learn about their style and process and give critical feedback - both good and bad.
Seeing how long each call participant speaks, topics discussed and so much more has been invaluable.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've had as Director is that I cannot see every team member's schedule in the same window; if they have a Team Lead that sits between myself and them, I need to view that Team Lead's group's calls. It's just a few extra clicks, but I would love to see all of my team in one spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning where we are winning / losing clients based on how the conversation goes.
Learning how to listen better (if I see that an AE has spoken for too large a percentage of a call)
Being able to spotlight specific calls and share with the team - both to learn from the amazing and also from calls that fell short.

Great transcription service with a few integration kinks to work out
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to search by keywords is great when you're working in call QA. When we receive investigations into specific problems, it's helpful to search by keywords to find the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company has integrated with gong and is still working out a lot of kinks to help everything move more smoothly in our system. This has taken longer than I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My use of time has been a lot more efficient as I don't have to listen to whole calls in order to hear what I need.

Love being able to go back and review my calls if there are any action items I need to follow up on

Sometimes it does not log my calls well. Like it will record the call if I search up my own name but if I search the specific client it sometimes won't log that call.

In case there is anything that I had missed in my notes, it makes it easy to find certain talking points. Also shows areas of improvements for my calls

Easily review calls to follow up with customers. Great for training new employees because they can see past calls.

Not much to dislike. Overall, the landing page is noisy but the functionality is wonderful

Gong gives our sales team great access to review and learn from calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong records calls and analyzes them based on the conversations content and action points. It breaks down calls based on their parts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It asks to reduce talk ratio each time, but in some calls the talk ratio needs to be higher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps a database of the conversations that I am having, I dont need to worry if I am missing to check any notes.

Intuitive UI, powerful performance metrics tracking, automated reporting, visibility/transparency across teams

Long processing times for calls, account info not always accurate

More easily identify calls on specific topics, more easily provide one-to-one coaching between managers and reps
