Gong is great to listen to your calls as well as your peers in order to improve your techniques!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Gong is being able to go back and listen to calls you've had in order to get feedback from your peers and mentors so you can continue to improve how you reach out to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about Gong is that you have to say on your cold calls that you're on a recorded line for Gong to keep the calls. Sometimes it turns people off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized things I've forgotten that I should be saying on my calls. I've also learned from listening to my colleagues calls things I should be mentioning or a different approach to my cold calls.

Call analytics, how to deipher my call attributes and continue to become better every single day

Pretty much nothing! I love gong for what it offers and they are always improving it so no complains at this stage

Call attributes, deals dashboard to look at my activities and team statistics

Just go for it, do not think twice. It is the best tool in the Revenue Intelligence space

Very easy to use, easy way to collaborate and receive feedback from your team, you receive very valuable data from the calls and ultimately improve the way you communicate in your meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any negative experiences with Gong so far. Effortless to use after you set it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have watched meetings of my co-workers that are very good at their jobs, and it's been very inspiring and educational to see them at work. Gong allows you to watch calls that you normally wouldn't get the chance to.

What do you like best about the product?
I get to immediately review what went right and wrong on a call. I can see my action items. Gong encourages me to reduce my talk track so my customer can explain what they like and want. The ease of use is awesome. I give Gong my highest rating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of my colleagues are bi-lingual in Spanish. When a customer also speaks Spanish they often will revert to their native language. it would be great to get the call translated (not by google translate).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basic sales 101. Identifying and limiting my filler words. Gong fosters team work, I review my peers' calls and offer my insight, they do the same for me. This tool enables me to become a better rep for my company and a more polished sales professional.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your team hesitates because it is too "big brotherish" you probably have integrity issues or a workplace dynamic that needs to be addressed

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to implement and the transcript tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to turn off sometimes and some clients don't like the pop up let them know they are being recorded, its alittle overbearing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its great to look back on the transcripts and find what someone was speaking too without having to watch the whole video to identify when that came up

None, this tool is incredible. I've never had anything like this before.

Getting to listen to my calls quickly and effectively to review.

The tagging and ability to search for specific keywords or sections of a conversation and then share that snippet with colleagues is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
No drawbacks so far, it's been a fairly seamless addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There weren't any major problems we were looking to solve, but it has really maximized every second of customer time by analyzing the conversation and making it easy to reference, as opposed to relying on notes taken during a call.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to rewatch sales calls, which supports from a training perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It does what I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training is the main benefit.
Easy recording and pretty good transcriptions
What do you like best about the product?
The transcriptions are super helpful, you get it separated by speaker and can even use the search to find what you are looking for. The mail reports also help to have a good overview of what topics are going on with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about it. Perhaps they could offer a guide to set up email notifications upon the first login. I had to manually disable a lot of weekly summaries and other notifications I didn't find helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to improve my team's performance by reviewing their calls with customers. It also helps with escalations, as I can quickly find information from previous discussions.

As mentioned, the transcription and the search are my most used and appreciated features.
